Very disorganised, would not stay again.
Pros:

Good location. The staff member was polite. Clean.

Cons:

A boiler was leaking and we had to stay in the room with no hot water and a dripping boiler overnight. They did not offer any compensation etc. The whole thing was so poorly managed and the staff on the ground did not seem to know much - it seemed to be mostly managed remotely. Massively overpriced for what it is.

The apartment did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or essential amenities.
Pros:

The location was convenient and the staff showed understanding and kindness regarding our situation.

Cons:

The apartment was not in acceptable condition upon arrival. The dining table was dirty, and overall cleanliness was below standard. The bed was broken and unstable, which raised safety concerns, and there was a damaged tile in the bathroom.

Basic items were not properly provided or maintained. There was no soap, shampoo, or paper towels available, and these were not replenished during the stay. My family had to go out and purchase these items themselves, which was inconvenient and unexpected.

For a self-contained apartment, we understand limited servicing; however, basic cleanliness and essential items should still be ensured.

Location was great just a quick walk to surfers paradise

Cons:

Room was dirty - floor haven’t been vacuum. The apartment had a weird smell to it every time we came back. Curtains were pretty dirty. First night I had to call the owners as the shower didn’t work. Pool was ok except for all the hair we found in it

Pros:

Parfait rapport qualité/prix pas loin de surfers. Distance à pied pratique et petite balade en traversant le pont de chevron island. Parking gratuit est un plus, la récupération des clés étaient pas compliqués mais il faut un numéro de téléphone afin d'appeler les numéros en cas d'arrivée tardive. Hôte toujours disponible et accueillant.

My stay was great, hosts were very helpful & always available if needed for anything.
Pros:

Situated on Chevron Island away from the hustle & bustle of Surfers Paradise but close enough to walk there. Quiet, clean, had everything a guest would need. Check-in & checkout simple & available online.

Cons:

No Lift so if booked on upper floors, stairs to walk up.

Overall was a great experience and would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The property was in a great location for the price. The pool was amazing and the room was a great size for us as a couple. The lady at the front desk was awesome and super helpful!

Cons:

We found the mattress and couch very uncomfortable, and we weren’t given a doona. The fluffy blanket definitely left us a bit cold at night haha
