Very comfortable and pleasant.
Pros:

Location was excellent on a quieter street over the bridge but within easy walking distance of Surfers Paradise and tram services. Still a lovely view of the greater Surfers Paradise area.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was no elevator or help to get my luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Great stay! Be sure to bring some extension cables or longer charging cables as needed.
Pros:

Picking up the key after-hours was an easy process with the owner, who we called for assistance at around 8.30pm. A few spaces for parking which was easy to access and had access straight into the building we were staying in.
Apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, our room 314 was soaked in sunlight from about 8am - 2pm, from which we either went to the beach or drove to the Mountains and National Parks (some tough drives! So worth it if you love pushing your rental to the limits and one-lane side roads!)

Cons:

There wasn't much in the way of ports to plug our devices in without unplugging some of the lamps and TV, but nothing we couldn't solve as I always have 3m+ cables with me.

Also be wary about the seats outside: on a hot day, they get EXTREMELY hot if uncovered, so if you want to go out on the balcony to tan or whatever, just drape a towel over anything you might touch.

Everything i needed
Pros:

Nice restaurants in walking distance. Fan and air-conditioning were good. Lovely balcony and pool.

Cons:

A little late night noise from adjoining streets revellers but i just put my ear plugs in.

Very disorganised, would not stay again.
Pros:

Good location. The staff member was polite. Clean.

Cons:

A boiler was leaking and we had to stay in the room with no hot water and a dripping boiler overnight. They did not offer any compensation etc. The whole thing was so poorly managed and the staff on the ground did not seem to know much - it seemed to be mostly managed remotely. Massively overpriced for what it is.
