Important information:

When children under 16 are using the pool, there must be adults in attendance, swimming at the same time - not just supervising. The pool is available for junior guests from 8:00 to 18:00 daily with last entry at 17:30 and 8:00 to 11:00 on the day of departure.

Children are not allowed to use the sauna, steam room or gym.

Opening times are as follows:
Monday and Friday: 07.00 to 22.00 with last entry at 21.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).
Saturday and Sunday: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30 (sauna and steam room open between 08.00 and 19.00).

All bank holidays: 08.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.30

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate:
Adult allowance is now GBP 32.50 per night
Children under 12 allowance is now GBP 16.25 per night

Parking is available for GBP 10 per night.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice hotel, well presented and staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.
Pros:

Well presented, staff were very accommodating and friendly.
We landed here at the end of a 3 peaks 24 hour challenge, good place to chill with some beers. We were too late for food anywhere, but found a curry house open and the Barman agreed for us to bring the food back and he provided all the cutlery and crocks to lay a table in the bar for our happy hungry group.

Very good hotel in Caernafon
Pros:

Very good hotel close to the town centre. Has a good gym and a good pool, the pool was very welcome given the summer heat! We had a very warm welcome when we arrived to check in. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious, with a good sized bathroom. When I used the gym, there were only two other people in there, making it easy for me to use the weights and equipment I wanted. When we were in the pool, there was only three others in there and we had loads of room to swim. We ate in the bar in the evening. The food was good, I had the gyozas starter followed by the ravioli. The bar service was ok, but at one point one of the staff decided that clearing tables was more important than serving the guests who we waiting (including me). We would certainly stay again.

In general, we were very happy with the hotel and the time we had.
Pros:

The room and the location were great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet our expectations. The staff were very helpful and always did their best to assist, but there was some disorganization, and the tables were often not ready for new guests.

Nice bar and bar food, large room, shower free standing

Cons:

No aircon - rooms very hot and no toiletries provided - no tissues, no shower cap, no shampoo and no cold water - very unusual for a hotel. Bed hard and staff walked into room twice while do not disturb was displayed. Was desperate for good coffee with bfast but no cappuccino unless bar hours!

room 102. very small bathroom. no shelving to place toiletries.
noisy with men drinking on the benches underneath the bedrooms. tried calling. no answer. where was the night porter? this was 2 a.m. Breakfast 0/10 the only fresh fruit was water melon. no granola.
l think they cater mainly for coach parties so put on breakfasts as little as possible variety. they did refund my cost of the breakfast.

This is a 10/10 Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is just in the right place. Central for travelling. There was a prom on the first night and wedding on the second night of our sty we braced ourselves for a noisy night, but it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing. The staff are helpful, professional and friendly and could not do enough for us. Breakfasts excellent, beds very comfortable and clean- did not use pool Highly recommend.
