Hotel reception staff very efficient, and room was fine, but breakfast quite disappointing
Pros:

Quite disapointed at the breakfast.

Cons:

Expensive for the content, no marmalade, eggs overcooked, had to ask for bread, mugs. etc when items ran out as they were not replaced immediately.
Food not very hot.

Mala estancia arruinada por calor y lluvia, personal muy amable
Pros:

El personal fue muy agradable en todo momento, a pesar de la gran cantidad de problemas que sufrimos durante nuestra estancia. Más allá de eso, no recomendaría el hotel.

Cons:

Llegamos durante una ola de calor, el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado, sólo un ventilador por habitación.
Cayó una tormenta veraniega durante la estancia, aparentemente el techo del edificio tenía goteras, lo que provocó que una luz en nuestra habitación parpadeara, el Wi-Fi dejara de funcionar en el edificio, y que cayera agua por una gotera en el pasillo, lo cuál mojó también el pasillo de la entrada de la habitación porque era de moqueta.
La moqueta en las escaleras estaba muy desgastada.
El ascensor se estropeó también durante nuestra estancia (probablemente cosa de las goteras) y estuvo pitando un buen rato.
A las 22:00 (la tormenta cayó a las 20:00) nos ofrecieron un reembolso para ir a otro hotel, pero a esas horas sólo queríamos dormir e irnos al día siguiente porque sólo dormíamos una noche allí.

Needs refurbishing

Staff were helpful and the location was good

Cons:

The hotel is desperately in need of refurbishment. Couple of photos attached.
First day we had breakfast but cancelled as the food was not protected properly ie cold meats with no covers on covered in flies and the fresh fruit was tinned-peaches.
We arrived in the heatwave and there was no air movement temperature was over 30degrees - we did not sleep for 3 nights.
Room next to us had room service and took almost 24 hours to clear up

Okay, aber sicher nie wieder
Pros:

Lage gut, Personal am Empfang unfreundlich, unwillig, keine Motivation, behilflich zu sein. Man fühlt sich als booking com Kunde dort minderwertig, was ich so noch nicht erlebt habe. Wir sind 2 Tage eher abgereist.

Cons:

Personal sehr unwillig, Badezimmer wurde nicht geputzt, der defekte Aufzug nicht gekennzeichnet.

Nice staff but poor facility
Pros:

Parking was convenient. Good Breakfast. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The room was extremely small. No room for luggage. Never did find the elevator. Many steps on the hallway.No outlets at bedside. Facility needs refresh.
