Jahrhundert.
the location was good
needs a refurb.stairs were very dirty and dusty.windowsndid not open so bedroom was realy hot.
The Inn itself is really lovely in a great central location but with some major drawbacks. Parking is a nightmare . The long term lot behind the hotel was crazy to find a spot and when you do, you have to be up and out by 8:00AM to pay for your spot again. Not having sir conditioning on a hot day is horrible. They do provide a fan but with having to keep your windows open, pretty noisy.
Zentrale Lage. Für ein oder zwei Übernachtungen OK.
All’interno di una dimora molto antica, con una storia di 800 anni.
Nella camera ,come quadri d’arredo parte dei muri della struttura originaria;anche l’arredamento era in linea.Suggestivo.
Buona la posizione per visitare la Cattedrale.
Colazione buona.
Location
Security to the bedrooms wasn’t as secure as I would like. The door was often found open

Beautiful place to stay , ideal location, our 2nd stay here.
The staff were not as attentive this time, on our previous stay the staff were rushed off their feet but still made sure they smiled and kept on top of their work, breakfast was constantly refilled and nothing ran out, this time staff were just present.
The location was excellent.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Interesting building.
Breakfast was awful. Food was dry and overcooked. Kept having to go and find staff to replenish items. Pastries were stale. So bad we cancelled breakfast on the second morning and got a refund.
Toilet roll was not replaced on holder after room had been serviced. Duvet cover had a split on the seam so the duvet poked out.
Ligging, behulpzaamheid personeel
Storend geluid van ventilatoren in kamer. Mede door de noodzaak de ramen open te zetten. Het was behoorlijk warm warm… iIk kreeg een goed werkende ventilator en later een andere kamer .
We stayed for two nights. We decided to have breakfast, which at £14.50 seemed on the high side. However on the first morning we went to the restaurant for the breakfast there didn't appear to be any staff on duty. We did however see someone clearing up briefly. The orange juice had run out and I had to go to reception to ask for some. I didn't like the look of the fried eggs or the scrambled eggs so I had to go to reception to ask for a poached egg. The bacon was as tough as eating beef jerky. The sausages weren't any better. We decided to have a pan au chocolate. They were extremely stale. We cancelled our breakfast for the second morning.
We were quite relieved that they didn't provide dinner otherwise we may have been doubly disappointed.
The hotel itself was looking a bit tired. It is definitely not a four star as it claims.
The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. They were let down by the hotel.
The room we stayed in was OK. But again not of four star quality.
The one positive is the central location. Everything within Salisbury is easy walking distance.
I think the AA, who have awarded the four star rating, or Best Western need to inspect this hotel with a view to reviewing its status.
Lovely room, great staff lovely ambiance
