Está ubicado en un barrio residencial, muy bonito, en una zona alejada del centro a unos 40 minutos a pie del centro de Oxford. Son dos casas remodeladas que pertenecieron a un explorador famoso. La decoración interior es muy agradable, y semeja a la decoración tradicional inglesa que se exportó en los clubes ingleses del mundo entero. Hay una hermosa terraza y un gran jardín poco frecuente por su tamaño. En conjunto es un hotel para descansar y relajarse, algo que se,logra plenamente estando ahi. El personal es atentísimo, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y de trato cordial y cálido, todos, desde el señor Visna en el bar, a la señora del restaurant y los empleados de la recepción.
El dia que llegué habían un casamiento, frecuentes en ese hotel. Se oía la música fuerte y yo no podía dormir. Por suerte terminaron a las 0.00 hrs, puntuales.
Room was lovely - all staff were exceptional - Liam at reception was cheery and very helpful with info and offers of assistant, Ella and Gemma were also brilliant.

Great location for a walk by the river or a trip into Oxford. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are bright, airy, modern and air conditioned. We stayed in the Elm building at the top of the drive with beautiful views of the garden. The food in the restaurant is excellent and varied. Staff members deserve a mention because they were all friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Pratham, Wendy, Liam, Tomek and Ella. We were a large group of friends staying and these staff members all ensured we were looked after and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Fabulous hotel ! Staff very helpful and friendly. Great Breakfast - had everything you could wish for ! Beautiful sun terrace. Honestly - could not find any fault whatsoever - would definitely stay there again when we next go back which we will as we have family nearby.

I have just enjoyed a lovely few days at this hotel. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the food is very good. We had my parents dog with us. The hotel is deal for four legged friends as there is a nice front garden where they could have a scamper.
