Sunbeds by the pool have an additional charge, according to the bed packages, for all guests. For all in-house guests, the use of the beach sunbeds is free, as well as the use of the main pool.
Please note that on specific dates, private events will take place on the property premises and some venues might be closed or guests will have limited access for a few hours.
Guests should expect a high level of noise, but extra precautions will be taken for the music to play within the acceptable/permissible decibel limits. Please contact the property for more info.
We welcome families with children of all ages in the restaurant areas (Nikki Café, Soul Lounge, and Escape). Children under the age of 12 are not allowed at the Beach Club Pool area, spa, and gym. All minors must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
Everybody must carry a valid and government-issued ID when entering the venue. You may be asked to present the ID by a Nikki Beach employee, management. or a member of security staff at any time when inside the venue. Refusal to present an ID may result in refused entry or removal from the venue.
Maximum room occupancy and extra bed additions are to be confirmed by the property. For bookings for more than 8 rooms, kindly request a group offer from our reservations department as group rates and policies apply.
Pets are accepted at Nikki Beach Santorini in their owner’s accommodations provided they weigh less than 12kg.
Please note that the pre-authorization charge will be returned to the guest following check-out. It may take some time for it to appear in the guest’s account.
In Signature Suite with Private pool and Luxury Suite with Private Pool there is one bedroom with king-size bed and one sofa bed in each of the Suites.

Le cadre est jolie
Piscine dans la chambre avec quelque trace. Et beaucoup d’erreur de sur facturation a la piscine et aussi taxe de séjour avec paiement pour la piscine et la plage (42€) sans nous prévenir à l’avance avec en tout 117€ de taxe avec la taxe de climatisation.
Excellent beachfront resort on the Quieter side of town. The staff is super friendly - Roxana and Demetris went out of the way to make the stay comfortable and help arrange sightseeing and excursions.

Amazing rooms and overall decor. Food is really good, especially the breakfast on offer.
Main pool requires min spend of +€300 per day if you want to reserve a bed, even as a hotel guest. There is an alternative pool however not as nice as main beach club version. Hotel was also not adult only whcih was surprising.
Party Vibe
Musik könnte etwas länger gespielt werden, nach 19:00 nichts mehr los und teilweise etwas mehr lächelnde Mitarbeiter. Main Pool nur mit Mindestkonsum auch als Hotelgast.

La camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole. La zona Spiaggia ben organizzata. Piscina per gli ospiti dell’hotel separata da quella principale, dove viene richiesta una minima spesa di 300 €. Qualità del cibo molto buono.
