Hôtel charmant pour un excellent séjour à Stockholm
Pros:

Hôtel charmant, très bien situé. Personnel à l'écoute. Un grand merci à Jonatan pour sa disponibilité, ses conseils et sa bonne humeur. Petit déjeuner en terrasse. Chambres très confortables et très propres.

Charmerende og hyggeligt hotel i bygninger fra 1770, hvor alle værelser er forskellige. Stille kvarter. Plads til vores cykler.
Dejlig gårdhave med mulighed for at sidde ude.
Rigtig god morgenmad. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Rent og pænt.

Stilvolles, zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegenes Hotel im Herzen von Söder
Pros:

Ruhig, aber central in der Nähe der U-Bahn gelegen, sehr stilvoll, extrem gemütlich und mit phantastischem, reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Įdomus senovinis pastatas. Rezervavome du skirtingus kambarius, vienas jų buvo didelis, su dideliu vonios kambariu ir net su prieškambariu.

Cons:

Kitas kambarys buvo labai mažas, dviem asmenim sudėtinga. Vonios kambarys labai labai mažas. Didesniame kambaryje jautėsi specifinis kvapas. Mažasis kambarys pirmame aukšte, be dieninių užuolaidų, pro langus praeinama į pastatą, tad atsidarius langus viskas matosi. Parkingo turi tik tris vietas, tad beveik neturi.

Een prima hotel. De kamer was schoon, al vonden we deze wel aan de kleine kant. Het hotel is wat gedateerd, maar dat past juist goed bij de authentieke sfeer en uitstraling van het pand.

Cons:

Wat wij erg misleidend vonden, is de informatie over het parkeren. Op de website staat vermeld dat het hotel over een parkeerplaats beschikt waarvoor je kunt reserveren. Toen wij wilden reserveren bleek deze vol te zijn, en word je op een wachtlijst gezet, maar bij aankomst ontdekten we dat het in werkelijkheid slechts om drie parkeerplaatsen voor het hele hotel gaat en we ergens onderaan de wachtlijst stonden. Dat had duidelijker gecommuniceerd mogen worden.

Daarnaast wordt als alternatief parkeren in de straat genoemd, maar het hotel vermeldt nergens dat je op donderdagnacht van 00.00 tot 06.00 uur daar niet mag parkeren vanwege een parkeerverbod. (Ook bij vragen aan de balie konden ze ons hier niet over informeren, we moesten maar zelf goed de borden lezen) Overtreding kost maar liefst 1.100 SEK. Gelukkig kwamen wij hier zelf op tijd achter en konden we de auto nog verplaatsen naar een andere straat. Het zou fijn zijn als het hotel gasten hier vooraf op wijst, zodat zij niet onnodig een dure boete riskeren.

Tot slot is der nergens een foto zichtbaar is van de gehele badkamer, de wc bevind zich in de douche waardoor het toilet nat wordt tijdens het douchen.

Wifi didn’t work on our first day. It was better after the next day.
Didn’t realize that breakfast was later served on the weekend, and when we went early, the worker let us eat whatever was already prepared since we had to leave to our next destination shortly thereafter.
