A very comfortable stay in the stunning Glengarriff. The customer service was exceptional.
Pros:

Comfortable rooms in central location, directly opposite the Blue Pool entrance.

Cons:

There was a lovely cold continental style breakfast but I would have liked the option of a warm breakfast one of the days.

Loved the bar and food in the restaurant attached

Cons:

There was no air con in the room, and it was so warm. The window also would not close correctly. There is no iron in the room also.

Great location and friendly people
Pros:

Great location with easy parking at the rear. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to Garnish Island ferry from across the road.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little dated and shower temperature control difficult. Hairdryer was pretty old and ineffective : the concentrator nozzle was held on by a piece of cellotape and kept falling off.

Little slice of heaven
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very welcoming.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, except we were in Ireland during a heat wave and we are from Ca, US and are so used to Air Conditioning and there wasnt any, but hoes tu ly that was the norm. Not alo t of places have air conditioning.
