Excelente ubicación, habitación limpia, amplia, cómoda, luminosa, baño impecable. Personal de recepción amable y servicial en especial destaco a Juan y Ricardo, ya que tuvimos un problema con el auto de alquiler y ellos muy amablemente se ofrecieron a solucionarlo y así lo hicieron. Excelente desayuno continental. Hay restaurante en el hotel, con precios muy convenientes y excelente gastronomía. Sin dudas volvería. Súper recomendable.

Creo que si en algún momento fue 4 estrellas, ya no lo es.
El baño es antiguo, necesita una remodelación especialmente en lo funcional. El bidet no funcionaba bien, el inodoro hacía ruido de cloacas en cada descarga. No ofrecen agua de cortesía como en cualquier 4 estrellas, sino que la cobran. Tampoco brindan los amenities propios de esa categoría (crema corporal, por ejemplo, sales de baño)
Ofrecen cochera sin aclarar que es una anexada sin comunicación con el hotel, por tanto, para entrar y salir hay que esperar a que abran el portón, previo aviso, lo cual en una calle céntrica con bastante tránsito, resulta incómodo

Emplacement est idéal pour se promener et apprécier les restaurants du Centro. On peut également marcher jusqu'à shopping mall, car les bus sont compliqués pour le déplacement puisqu'il faut une carte SAETA. Les gens de la réception m'ont aidé pour la machine à pression puisque j'ai des problèmes de tension artérielle et il est important de mesurer la pression le matin avant les excursions pour bien contrôler. Ils m'ont également appeler un docteur à ma demande qui se déplace à l'hôtel pour environ 20 000 pesos cash et qui m'a examiné, car j'avais une sensation d'étourdissement en plus de la pression élevée, ce qui est normal la première journée avec l'altitude de cette ville.
Je suis allé voir l'agence parada norte pour toutes mes excursions et c'est proche de l'hôtel aussi.
J'ai utilisé le service de laverie pour le linge, les prix sont élevés mais c'est un prix standard hôtel par item.
Le déjeuner est très bien, beaucoup de variété et des petits gâteaux et biscuits qu'on peut emporter pour la journée. Très utile lorsque les excursions débutent à 7 am.
La chambre était impeccable et le lit confortable. Belle dimension pour le prix. Il y avait aussi un petit frigo.
Transport compliqué pour se déplacer en ville. Pas de carte SAETA facile a acheter.
