Pros:

Great location. Right next door to 3 strip clubs. A block from all the party bars and 1.5 blocks from the gym and Eggsboyfriend ( great breakfast spot, hughly recommend) About a 10 minute walk to blue/green chairs. About a 10 minute walk the other direction to Cheekys Pool Club (men only clothing optional pool with no cover). The refrigerator has an ice chest. I would suggest bringing silicone ice trays to make your own ice if you want cold room/hotel coctails poolside. Room was a great size and the A/C was super cold. Had enough cutlery/drinkwear for 2 people. Small grocery right across the street for snack and beverage needs.

Cons:

My room had hot water issues. (ROOM 106) The water in the bathroom sink got hot, but the shower was lukewarm, at best. So showers were a bit chilly. I made due. Would have been nice to have a nice hot shower post gym or dancing. Staff was attentive, but the problem was never resolved, unfortunately. Bring earplugs. The street noise in the morning is intense. Never had a problem with noise at night, but come 0630....loud music, banging/construction and dudes yelling. I figured the strip clubs would be the noise problem. Nope.

La ubicación es genial. La alberca en la terraza es excelente para relajarte y algo excepcional es el trato de los colaboradores, sobre todo la chica de recepcion, si no mal recuerdo su nombre era Jade.

Cons:

Solamente que se escucha algo de la musica de los bares cercanos pero creo es parte de la experiencia.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location but it is a loud area. The room is a good size but there are roaches.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience. When we arrived our room was not ready and the staff seemed puzzled by our arrival. We were told there were no extra keys and were given only one key for multiple guests, which was very inconvenient. It was literally the cleaning staff’s key.

The WiFi was incredibly poor, so unreliable that even basic browsing and social media barely worked. I would not recommend staying here if you need to work remotely. Cell service wasn’t an available either given the buildings concrete construction.

To make matters worse, the front desk closes at 5PM, despite signs stating it is open until 10 PM. The lack of consistency and support made the entire stay frustrating.

The air conditioner leaked, ruining my leather bag, and we didn't have air conditioning for the final two nights.
