A dusty gem hidden in plain sight.
Pros:

The location and room size were great!

Cons:

No elevator. No one to help with bags. I could hear the music through the walls. So a bit noisy after 6 p.m.
The lack of personnel at the front desk.

Clean and great location. Would stay there again.

Great location. Big room (2 bed 2 bath) very clean, comfortable beds and ac worked great!

Cons:

Issues with power outages at night. (3 times) And the pool was dirty the last 3 days

Pros:

Excellent location. We loved being in centre of Romantica Zone.

Cons:

Frequent power cuts, not sure what was happening but no back up generators. Door knobs were broken and they gave us only one pair of keys. Beds were not very comfortable. One of the biggest issue is there is no one available after 10 to answer for any issues. Their WhatsApp number provided is not answered and god forbid if there is an emergency, no one answers.

Location is fantastic, the price was high for amenities provided, the room was not really clean, and housekeeping was not very friendly or helpful.

Housekeeping attitude, but everything else was spot on

Ubicación ideal si vas a echar fiesta gay en la Zona Romantica. Cerca de los clubes nocturnos y de playa. Apartamento amplio y cómodo. Limpieza y comodidad.

Cons:

El Check-in tuvo un retraso y el WiFi es algo básico, dado que la señal en PV en general el pésima, si es importante contar con buen internet en las habitaciones. No hubo problema, solo es punto de mejora.

Noisy- Located next to bars that were very loud until 3AM.

Cons:

Extremely loud music from nearby bars that didn’t settle down until 3AM causing inability to sleep. Room was run down and cooking pans were oily. A/C mini-split unit struggled to keep the room cool.
