Loved the room and area. Nice and great for the money.
Pros:

Location, right next to beach and boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Only problem was king tide, main road flooded but we were fine. We went to parks near by to walk trails and a day trip to Miami.

Cons:

Internet didn’t work, fan in bathroom didn’t work found 2 roaches, but otherwise very clean. King tide, flooded the main roads.

Great value for the money. Don't hesitate staying here.
Pros:

The property is certainly dated but the location and vibe was terrific. We would certainly stay there again in the future while waiting for our cruise to depart. Good value for the money. Clean and quiet. The TV and internet did not work but those things are optional when you are on the beach.

Pros:

Stay here many times before different studio with full kitchen,on this one the stove had Not oven only a small microwave.which is inconvenient.other than that was wonderful and close to the beach.
