Definitely not a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Great pool for the kids and a spacious room.

Cons:

The staff were nice but weren't very helpful about the area and sharing information about sight seeing. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect, we had to clean the mini fridge on our own. Breakfast was horrible and the staff at the breakfast wasn't pleasant at all. made faces whenever people asked for more of something and right at 9:30 when they ended it they turned off the light so people would go as fast as possible.

Les chambres sont vieille avec une odeur forte de renfermé. Le lit est inconfortable et on ne parle pas des oreillers.

The hotel is conveniently located, with comfortable rooms and friendly bilingual staff.
Pros:

We liked the pool and room size. We liked that the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly, bilingual, and helpful. The food selection for breakfast was good, although there could have been more like granola.

Cons:

The breakfast area was crowded, which was beyond the hotel, control. I think the placement of the tables and chairs could be improved to increase space for movement of the guests. The one elevator was sometimes slow.

Excellent Accommodation
Pros:

Location just off highway exit, pool, sauna, large hottub, very quiet, very clean, spacious room with balcony overlooking pool area, good free breakfast. Short drive to ferry to Old Quebec and train station (day trip to Place des Arts for a matinee of Moulin Rouge!).
