Le complexe est agréable, complet et confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique.
La salle de bain n'était pas complètement propre.
Je n'ai pas eu le temps de me servir au petit déjeuner, on a retiré les plats devant moi.
Beds are comfortable and my kids and I sleep well and got the rest we needed for our trip.
Missing an updated coffee maker in the room. The room was clean except I had to wash the walls they were dirty by the beds.
We loved the pool. It was a nice atmosphere and the temperature of the water was very comfortable. Very close to the highway, and it was nice that there was a gas station/convenience store in the same parking lot. Staff was also very nice
Bathroom heater was cranked to max heat. We didn’t realize there was a radiator in there and my daughter went in a touched it and almost burnt her hands. If I had a suggestion, it would be for housekeeping to have the heat turned down low for the safety of pets or children

Le seul bémol, j’avais demandé une chambre près des ascenseurs car mobilité réduite et nous étions au bout du corridor.

L eau du spa était degueulasse on ne voyait rien a travers ca levait le coeur
Ma salle de bain n était pas nettoye il y avait une gomme dans ma toilette a notre arrivée et je m en suis rendue compte qu apres avoir pris ma douche. Ca aussi ca m a vrm deplu et dégoûtée.... Je ne sais meme pas si mes draps ont été changé....semblerait que c etait une nouvelle employe....

A pleasant hotel with fairly comfortable rooms. The lobbies, in particular, were very nice and well maintained.
The main drawback is its location. It is quite far from the centre and the historic Old Town of Quebec City, so if you want to explore the city, you will need to drive. This is not always particularly convenient, and getting into the city can take more than 30 minutes.
The hotel has a swimming pool, which is open until 9 p.m., as well as a jacuzzi and sauna, all of which are quite decent and enjoyable.
The staff are generally friendly, although not especially attentive or proactive. The hotel itself is clean and offers a simple, discent breakfast.
Overall, a pleasant and comfortable option, particularly if you are travelling by car and don’t mind being a little outside the city centre.

Second stay right off highway. Staff very efficient at front desk.
Breakfast was included only with sausage, instead of also offereing bacon.
Very convenient access to the highway. Our room was huge. Bathroom was roomy with lots of counterspace. Had a good magnifying mirror. There was a large jacuzzi tub that we didn't have time to use. Would have preferred a larger more modern shower. But everything was clean and in good working order. No complaints.
Breakfast good have been better. Things were a little cold and greasy.
