The apartment was fantastic really clean and great facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect right in the heart of Verona , a short walk to the main Piazza and all other areas. our apartment was really quiet.
I can't find anything that we didnt like really.
Minor thing would be to have a list of the news channels (there were so many channels but that is a tiny issue.
Very central location between the Arena & Piazza Erbe, just off the main pedestrianised main shopping street in a cul-de-sac, so very quiet. Able to get a good nights sleep due to the lack of traffic noise or passing pedestrians. We were welcomed by a member of the staff on arrival at the entrance who helped with our luggage. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. One flight of stairs to negotiate then lift access to all apartments & reception which was on the second floor. Apartment was spotless, bright and spacious, great shower & comfortable bed including the bed settee. Separate air con units in the bedroom & lounge which coped well with the 38 degree heat we experienced during our stay

Very comfortable in every way. Very quiet with extremely comfortable beds. Marvellous place to attend the Opera as it is so near. It lived up to all our expectations and with very helpful receptionists who made you feel really welcome

The cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Very elegant and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very good air conditioning and amazing location at the heart of the old city. There are luxury details, such as the quality of the towels and linen, the lights, the slippers, the coffee machine etc. They also gave me suggestions on what to see during my stay.
There was noise from the steps and the front door kept banging very loud when people came in and out.
