Good, with challenges.
Pros:

The facility and the staff were good. It was an easy walk to the major attractions, but Verona is a very busy city.

Cons:

The parking situation was miserable. Driving around the old sity was a challenge because of temporary closures and very narrow and crowded streets. Overnight parking is 10 minutes away and again, a challenge is ge back to the hotel to pick up bags.

Séjour magnifique, chaleureux et au calme au cœur de Vérone
Pros:

L’hôtel en règle générale était super, avec une équipe à la réception au TOP !!.
Nous avons eu la chambre « verte » sur Mozart.
La chambre était très spacieuse, très propre et il ne manquait de rien, que ce soit au niveau des ustensiles pour la kitchenette ou encore les petites fournitures cosmétiques dans la salle de bain.
L’isolation acoustique était également super ; aucun bruit perçu la nuit, top !
L’hôtel est idéalement placé en plein centre ville, à quelques minutes à pieds des arènes et autres attractions touristiques.
Aux alentours il y a une pléthore de restaurants, boulangeries/pâtisseries et magasins.
Mention spéciale aux employés de la réception qui étaient d’une gentillesse incroyable!
Ayant eu une annulation de notre vol retour, ils ont fait leur possible pour nous trouver une chambre pour une nuit supplémentaire.
Si prochain séjour à Vérone il y a, nous reviendrons les yeux fermés dans cet établissement que nous recommanderons sans hésiter !!

Beautiful room, lots of facilities for preparing and storing food. Excellent location but the best thing about this apar
Pros:

Loved this aparthotel. Wow the room was fabulous and nice and cool.
Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us during the stay. Was able to leave luggage for a couple of hours until our train. Really central and was able to walk around Verona from this base in a day.

Perfect for a trip to Verona.
Pros:

Perfect location. Beautifully decorated.

Cons:

Although it has a lift it wouldn’t be ideal for a wheelchair user as the lift doesn’t go to the ground floor. Same for the buggy we just left it in the entrance hall which was fine.

Celebrating 50 in style at Opera Relais de Charme
Pros:

My partner and I had a the most amazing stay at Opera Relais de Charme for his 50th birthday. The location couldn’t have been any better—right in the heart of the city, with all of Verona’s main sights, great restaurants and shops a short walk away.

The room was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you could need. It was impeccably clean and the entire property was well cared for throughout.

Every member of staff we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
