The room met all my needs, in that it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower was easy to use and very luxurious.
Transport from Heathrow terminal 5 to near the hotel was regular with 2 bus options. The reception staff were welcoming, warm, helpful and efficient.
The WiFi signal was weak and I struggled to connect at times. The bottled water offered at £2.50 each seemed mean and unwarranted. No instructions in the room regarding breakfast and dinner options, ie timings, menus and how and when to order.
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were clean and fresh.
No-one in the hotel to greet upon arrival and to help unload cases and to assist taking cases to the room. Water in the room was scarce. I was told to use the Executive Lounge for snacks and drinks. The snacks were crisps and biscuits. There was no water available. I was told I could go and buy some from the lobby bar. My booked room was not available when I checked in at 9pm and I was told I vould go to a twin room. I declined Then I was told I could go to a family room, I declined. I booked the room over a month previously so I wanted the room I had booked and paid for. I had to wait to get that. Really not a great experience after travelling for 14 hours.

Bottles of water were in the room at £2.95 each unless you were a Memebr of Hilton Members. For the room price I would expect the water to to be free.
Check in staff went the extra mile. Was able to get a room after 12 noon.
A nice hotel and handy for the Heathrow airport in
Hoppa to the airport is very infrequent and off-schedule

Breakfast was great good choices
Bed was dirty under the sheets had crumbs, our room was 40 minutes late for check in due to slow cleaners. Porter was hesitent to help with luggage. Room seemed old and tired.
Executive lounge evening and morning
The guy who checked me in did not give me a key card to allow access to the executive lounge. I had to return to reception for a new card.
The hotel was vlean
I was asked to pay an extra refundable £50 on top of my room charge, the hotel should inform their guests about this in advance. I have still not received my refund
