Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and very quiet. The food in the restaurant was great.
The room was a bit 'spartan' would have liked to see a paper menu and free water in the room. Also we couldn't switch off the light by the door! Also we asked for takeaway breakfast but only got one not 2.
Great hotel only minutes from Heathrow with regular hoppa bus service. We were upgraded to an Executive Room, which was a real treat. Bed was v
ery comfortable and the shower nice and strong. Hotel was spotless and every member of staff we spoke to was friendly and professional. Great breakfast choice. Ate in The Gallery Restaurant and again, great choice on menu and delicious dinner. Our first visit - it won't be our last.

executive suite
Booking.com says this is at terminal five Heathrow. In fact, it is not anywhere near there. it is also outside of the London area and I had great difficulty finding I can’t happen because none of the drivers wanted to go there.
Definitely false advertising.
Property was fine. It just was not at the airport.

Booked Exec King room. When arrived was told by the reception that room of this type was not available and was suggested lower class. I told them that I paid for the Exec and the room (miraculously) was now available.
When I booked the room it is advertised as having a free car parking. When arrived I learned I have to pay £18 per night.
After checked in to the room my wife and I went to the restaurant. The wait for the food was long. My wofe ordered a salad with carrots, brussel sprouts and cauliflower. When the food arrived she found 1/4 of a brussel sprout, 4 mini baby carrots and tiny bit of cauliflower. The restaurant accepted the complain and offered a discount.
We went back to the room.
Close to midnight a man and his wife barged in to our room. Turns out he had a room key to our room and was checked in to the same room as us. My wife and I were already in bed and I was in my underpants. We could have been intimate when they barged in.
I called the reception and told them how upset I was. The person took it it and promised to call me back. He didn’t call back.
I called around 30mins later and a shift manager took my call. He apologized and promised to investigate.
He also told me my £50 deposit was not taken when I checked in. I told him it is impossible because I saw the card reader work and also saw it on my Amex statement in the Amex app. After a short conversation I told him I don’t want to deal with it and let’s talk in the morning.
In the morning I spoke to a new shift manager. She apologized and told me we were checked in to a room assigned to someone else. I asked how is that possible the staff checked us in like that, and how could it possible that the other guests could be checked in to the room that was already taken. She could not answer that.
I asked about the parking and at that moment learned I need to pay £18. She offered for the Hotel to pay for it as a gesture of goodwill for our trouble.

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay from 1st to 2nd May as part of a wedding party. The service was unprofessional, staff were unhelpful and at times inappropriate, and the wedding coordination was disorganised. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, basic requests were not met, and facilities such as the air conditioning did not work. Overall, the experience was stressful and far below expectations for such an important occasion.”
