There was nothing not to like

we were women in our room and in the middle of the night men in the next door interconnecting room tired coming into our room - we went to reception to ask to be moved and there was no room for us - and we had no sleep worrying someone nextdoor is going to get into our room

Slow check in. 90 minute wait for starters after order placed. No towels in spa. Air con not good. Poor management around dining area. Very slow service.

great room needed when we missed connected in Heathrow; had an excellent dinner in their restaurant and the room was large and coforting when we needed it the most; about 10 min away from Terminal 5
