Extremely Disappointing – Our Holiday Was Ruined
I am very, very disappointed with this hotel. The photos advertised on Booking.com were completely misleading. The hotel looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It felt like buying a cheap fake copy of an original branded product. The quality and appearance advertised simply did not exist in reality.
The room was extremely old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There were dents, holes, and damage throughout the room. On the day we checked in, the floor was covered in hair and sand, clearly showing that it had not been properly cleaned or mopped.
The bedsheets had multiple stains and hair on them, and the towels were also covered in hair and stains. Even the shelf underneath the bathroom sink, where fresh towels were supposed to be kept, was stained and dirty. I had to clean it myself with wipes. The shelves were filthy, and the hangers were covered in dust. I had to wipe down almost everything myself just to feel comfortable using the room.
The entire hotel also had a horrible damp smell throughout the corridors, similar to the smell of stagnant or wet water around a swimming pool. It was unpleasant and made the whole experience even worse.
Although the room was supposedly serviced every day, it was still dirty. I constantly had to clean the bathroom sink, toilet, and other surfaces myself. The pillows were so dirty that we ended up wrapping our own T-shirts around them and using them as pillowcases just to be able to sleep.
We stayed for four nights, and honestly, we could not wait to get back home to our own clean house. We have stayed in many three-star hotels before, but this hotel did not meet the standards I would expect even from a basic hotel. In my personal opinion, it deserves zero stars.
We visited a beautiful destination and had so many lovely places we wanted to enjoy, but the hotel completely ruined our holiday experience.

Pros:

Їжа різноманітна, смачна , сніданки однакові, але подавали cava ( шампанське ) та устриці , але на вечерю постійно щось змінювали ,дітям морозиво, желейки, цукрову вату , шоколадний фондан , в номері чисто, прибирали та змінювали рушники щодня , персонал завжди готовий допомогти, анімація щовечора різна, для діток було дуже цікаво
Дуже сподобався готель, за 2 тижні ми пожили в 3 готелях , в тому числі 4 зірковому - Caribe , але він просто ховається за цим готелем, тепер Belvedere наш улюблений готель

Cons:

Двері до ванної кімнати можна сказати відсутні , хто таке взагалі придумав😭
Це найбільший мінус цього готелю, бо якщо до прикладу приїхати не з дуже близькими людьми - це буде дуже некомфортно

Nos ha encantado
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a tan solo 10 min estás en el centro o en la playa.
La atención del personal excepcional, tanto camareros, limpieza, cocineros y recepción. Tienen un personal increíble, muy eficientes en sus funciones, pero la amabilidad resalta muy positivamente.

La calidad del desayuno y de la cena no me las esperaba. Tienen gran variedad en el buffet. Lo mejor, la parte de cocina en el momento y los córner especiales de cada día (aunque no todos los días hay).

El colchón de la cama era bastante firme aspecto que nos ha encantado. La habitación tiene neverita y está muy limpia.

Cons:

Hemos echado en falta algún enchufe más en la zona del cabecero de la cama, solo había en un lado y es incómodo.

Por otro lado, a veces las colas para la sección de comida en el momento se hacen incómodas y largas, depende de la cantidad de gente que haya.

En las paredes de la habitación había manchas de comida de anteriores huéspedes que hace que se vea feo y que no luzca el trabajo que hacen de limpieza (que todo lo demás estaba súper limpio).

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! 😊

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du restaurant d’avoir pris soin de mon fils qui est atteint de la maladie cœliaque. Un merci tout particulier au chef cuisinier, qui a été vraiment adorable, à l’écoute et très attentionné avec lui. Ça fait vraiment plaisir et ça permet de profiter des vacances beaucoup plus sereinement.

La nourriture est très bonne et surtout variée, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Et au petit-déjeuner, j’ai même été agréablement surprise de trouver du jus d’orange fraîchement pressé ! Franchement, pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, j’ai été agréablement surprise.

Une équipe gentille, une bonne restauration et un très bon séjour. Franchement, c’est un super hôtel, je recommande ! 😊

Cons:

Le ménage n’est pas fait tout les jours !
