Fantástico
Pros:

Nos ha gustado todo del alojamiento, desde las instalaciones hasta el trato y la atención de los empleados. Este es el tercer año consecutivo que nos alojamos en el mismo hotel y seguimos encantados. Sin duda, repetiremos, porque nos sentimos como en casa y la experiencia siempre es fantástica.

Cons:

Lo que menos me ha gustado este año ha sido la animación. He notado a los animadores bastante flojos, les faltaba alegría, energía y ganas de animar el ambiente del hotel. La sensación que transmitían era prácticamente como si no hubiera animación. Otros años la experiencia con la animación había sido mucho mejor y este año ha sido, sin duda, lo que más hemos echado en falta.

En agosto para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas...demasiado caro.
Pros:

El trato del personal,eficientes en todo momento.

Cons:

Poca animación y solo para los extranjeros,suciedad en la zona de piscinas...los extranjeros dejan todo tirado,vasos,bolsas de patatas...etc...entraban a los ascensores con el bañador puesto y recién salidos del agua...los pasillos de las habitaciones te encontrabas vasos de platicos en el suelo...alguna lata de coca cola o cerveza...etc...

Pros:

Frisch gepressten Orangensaft.

Cons:

Sauberkeit, Kakalaken im Zimmer,Frühstück und Abendessen zu 90% wiederholt sich. Sehr laut.

Wouldn’t stay here or any other ohtel property again.
Pros:

We were supposed to stay here but they sent us to their partner hotel. I think they were overbooked. They kept saying we could stay here if we wanted, but then kept telling us their other hotel ohtels vila romano was so much better and a 4 star instead of 3 star.
The vila Romano was horrible.
The kids loved the water slides. That was the one positive thing about the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was horrible and the servers weren’t even kind. No one in the family like anything.
