We had a good view from our room. Good personal on reception.
The floor in the room was not cleaned for 6 days, and there are no slippers provided for the room.
The waiters aggressively push drinks and do not speak English, which makes it difficult to place an order.
No hygiene products were replenished during the stay.
We spent one week at this hotel with half-board accommodation and were very satisfied with our stay overall.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our holiday. Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a huge, very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom.
Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious food and desserts. The selection was excellent, and we always found something we enjoyed.
The beach is about a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, which was perfectly fine for us.
A few members of the restaurant staff seemed a little burned out at times, but the vast majority were kind and attentive. We would especially like to mention Emanuel, who was always friendly, smiling, and helpful. His positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. We would be happy to return in the future.

La piscine froide, fermeture avant l'heure de la piscine, la literie dur et inconfortable, chambre familiale trop petite
Emplacement dans Salou idéal pour se rendre à la plage. Facilité pour se garer hors période scolaire. Petit déj super et dîner c'est un self de bonne qualité.
Au repas les assiettes sont enlevées trop rapidement. Même pas le temps de finir !!!! Et le manquement à la sortie de la piscine des gens qui ne respectent pas les consignes . Ascenseurs souvent mouillé
