Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. Great selection.
Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Room was very different and funky. Kids really enjoyed it.
Would definitely recommend the hotel. Great location, lovely facilities and welcoming team.

Cons:

Pillows very soft is the only grumble

Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend..!Bin mit meinem Hund dort gewesen und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen!Allem im Allem ein toller Aufenthalt!Nicht zu vergessen der sehr schöne Spa Bereich..Frühstück top!

Great hotel with Matterhorn views
Pros:

The staff is great. We appreciated the free shuttle from the train station to the hotel in this car free village. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast is great, and includes made to order eggs, espresso, and cappuccino included in the price. The view of the Matterhorn form the balcony was the icing on the cake

Cons:

We didn't like the layout of the bathroom. We didn't like the pillows and had to get extras.

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment au top et attentionné. Expérience du spa très original

Cons:

Les choix de matériaux présente parfois des détails pas très joyeux en terme de qualité perçu au regard du prix. Pas mal de risque d’échardes au Spa. Le module kosmos est celui qui est le moins original.

Zentrale Lage. Zu Fuss in 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt erreichbar.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit Müesli, frischen Früchten, Käse, Aufschnitt und diversen Broten, Gipfeli und Bürli. Eierspeisen konnten separat bestellt werden und wurden frisch zubereitet.

Séjour réussi, nous reviendrons !
Pros:

L’emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Cervin. Le personnel très sympathique. Le spa est super et très bien agencé. Le personnel a effectué ma demande de décorer la chambre à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon chéri et cela était magnifique.
