Pros:

Hôtel très original et design, nous avons beaucoup aimé le côté industriel. Le spa était incroyable avec des installations que nous n'avons pas l'habitude de voir. La chambre était très belle et bien pensée, bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet et varié et le personnel est adorable.

Cons:

Rien ! Si ce n'est que je n'ai pas trouvé les oreillers confortables, j'aurais préféré avoir un oreiller plus épais, douillet et moelleux. Ce sont des oreillers en plumes et ils sont trop plats.

Franchement l’hôtel est super! Il y a peut être juste l’indication pour trouver la réception … elle est un peu coincé dans un coin sans informations

Hôtel parfaitement bien situé à Zermatt, accueil chaleureux, SPA magnifique. Les chambres sont belles mais cela reste un design particulier (peu d'intimité si vous êtes avec des enfants). Très bonne literie.

Cons:

Connexion WiFi très instable.
La douche présentait une petite fuite au sol, due à la configuration particulière de la chambre je pense.
Si vous cherchez un hôtel typique type chalet il faut éviter cet hôtel mais ce n'est pas ce que nous nous cherchions.

Pros:

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We were on honeymoon and spent two nights (we now wish it was for longer)! Our room was as uniquely decorated as the rest of the hotel. With art fixtures and lights. We loved the spa access that was included with the stay. The steam room, sauna, meditation room, float pool, and whirlpool were our favorites. The staff was friendly from the beginning setting up a shuttle from the train station to the hotel and even being kind enough to assist bringing luggage to our room. The lovely lady at tje front desk was accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was amazing! Fruits, fresh breads, yogurt with the fixing. We loved ordering the pancakes and omelet. The balcony and the lotions the room offered smelled delightful. You can even buy some of the diffusers and lotions there. The location was just as great as everything else. Right in the center of shopping and a close walk to viewpoints of the matterhorn and church. Every bit of our stay was something we will always remember and look forward to getting to come again in the future.

Cons:

My only thing would be the rainforest room was very nice, but the water that drips down was really hot on the skin.
