Het buffet was heel vies (druk, afwas was vies en nat), thee was koud, tafels vuil, geen plaats om aan te schuiven, eten oud en echt niet lekker

Bed en kussen was hard, personeel vangt je niet warm op (geen hallo, dag, welkom, glimlach), lift is heel oud, schoonmaak was niet top (vloer bleef maar vuil en ik heb het gevoel dat het bed niet werd ververst), badkamer werd helemaal nat omdat de douche kapot was. Ze gaven ons keuze tussen 2 kamers, waarvan 1 kamer 2 persoonskamer was en andere idem + een zetel ‘’om op te slapen’’, terwijl we duidelijk met drie personen waren en de drie personenkamer hadden geboekt, we hebben dan een uur moeten wachten tot onze kamer klaar werd gezet, nadat ze ons eerst zeiden dat we een dag moesten wachten en ondertussen in een andere kamer moesten zijn, aangezien onze kamer al aan iemand anders was gegeven… hele rare ervaring gehad met dit hotel

Great value for money and a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We went as a group of 5 girls and the receptionists really looked out for us making sure we were all good the whole time.

Pros:

Clean, cozy and a big room with working AC, a lot of daylight inside. Breakfast was delicious, everyday fresh juice!

Cons:

Mosque is close to hotel, so few times a day u can hear adhan, but it’s not so disturbing.

Bon emplacement et personnel agréable, mais hôtel vieillissant et petit-déjeuner décevant.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses à pied, la plupart des lieux étant accessibles en 10 à 15 minutes de marche. Le personnel est agréable, professionnel et serviable.

Cons:

L’hôtel est dans un style traditionnel, mais il ne faut pas trop se fier aux photos publiées sur Booking, qui sont assez retouchées. L’établissement aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement général. Après avoir demandé un changement, nous avons finalement obtenu une chambre correcte (la 314).

La chambre manquait également de plusieurs équipements de base appréciables pour le confort des clients : bouteille d’eau, thé, café, tapis de prière et mouchoirs.

Le petit-déjeuner est également décevant : le choix est limité et identique chaque jour. Les harchas, msemens et baghrirs ne semblaient pas frais. Les viennoiseries aussi. En accompagnement, seuls des tomates, concombres et olives étaient proposés, sans aucun fruit, ce qui est regrettable. Les jus de fruits étaient corrects en revanche. Enfin, le thé à la menthe mériterait d’être amélioré, celui servi était difficile à boire.
En conclusion, petit déjeuner à revoir.

Adequate for a short stay, but not recommended for a holiday or longer break

Excellent location, lots of very good restaurants and cafes close by. Short walk to the beach etc.

Clean, modern room, decent shower.

Very low quality soap and body wash etc, bring your own.

Very poor breakfast, poorly presented, low quality products, a cold, small, Moroccan buffet. Better to go to one of the nearby cafes.

The hotel has no atmosphere, it is more like a guest house. Service is adequate from the all male team, but don’t expect a smile or any sincere greetings.

The majority of the guests appear to be Moroccan short stay visitors, business or tradesmen etc

Cons:

Breakfast and lack of atmosphere.

Toiletries

The safe in my room was broken. I was charged a daily rate for a replacement.
