Ideale ligging. Mooie grote vernieuwde kamers
We vertrokken heel vroeg in de ochtend terug naar huis en ze zouden voor een lunchpakket zorgen, maar helaas dat hebben we niet gehad.
Ook de kortingskaart voor gratis gebruik van de skilift (en andere kortingen) hebben we pas na 3 dagen ontvangen.
The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous. The shower was huge and amazing. The beds were soft. The spa area was humongous and really nice - we would go during dinner time and have the spa/saunas to ourselves. The breakfast buffet was also really great.
No AC in the rooms. It's also right in town, which is convenient for walking to meals and seeing around the area, but it did mean the pool and deck overlooked roads/parking lots and not nature. The photos online had a bit of a forced perspective in the photos to avoid the parking lots - not a big deal, but something we noticed.
Everything - from the welcome we received from the receptionist, the upgraded room we received (celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary) to the unique views of the surrounding mountains and valley complete with its multitudes of paragliders descending gracefully into a nearby field in the village! The hotel’s facilities ie two pools, gym and various saunas and steam room were all very cool too and exquisitely clean. We felt the hotel’s title of Premium Active should for us have been Premium Passive!! A real find.
The range of dinner choices could have been wider. But this was the only item.
The location of the hotel, the friendliness and kindness of the staff and the design and the cleanliness of the place were really good.
The mattress of the bed was not comfortable; the breakfast selection was also not tip-top.

Das Personal war super lieb. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön, modern und gemütlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ich hätte mir mehr Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals am Abendessen gewünscht. Es ist sicherlich immer noch eine Besonderheit, sich vegetarisch zu ernähren, aber ich finde, in gehobenen Hotels sollte man die Wünsche des Gastes kennen. Ich musste es jeden Abend erwähnen. Ohne Erwähnung wurde die Fleischplatte (Summit-Bretl) mit beinahe nur Fleischprodukten in die Mitte des Tisches gestellt.
