Pros:

У нас был большой и просторный номер, в котором было очень комфортно втроем. Номер чистый. С кондиционером, что очень актуально жару. Особенно приятно, что кондиционер работал, когда мы пришли, и комната была хорошо охлаждена.
Окна выходили на улицу, поэтому было шумновато, но на прикроватных столиках были подготовлены беруши. В принципе, нам было он и мы ими не пользовались.
Очень вкусный завтрак был — ассортимент не огромный, но все свежее и вкусное. Часто мясная нарезка бывает подгулявшая в отелях — тут все было очень свежее. Приятный выбор десертов.
Нам понравилось)

Cons:

Подушки были большеватые для меня, мужу кровать немного твердая — но это все на любителя, у всех свои предпочтения.

Cons:

Il fatto che la colazione fosse inclusa ma volutamente scarsissima. Poi la cameriera consegnava i menù per ordinare a la carte...non mi è sembrato coerente con la descrizione "colazione inclusa" (e pagata!]
Ragazzo alla reception gentilissimo...le cameriere in sala colazione antipatiche da morire...le ho salutate due volte senza che contraccambiassero.

Mooi, schoon hotel op goede locatie, maar basic ontbijt.
Pros:

Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in Queen Boutique Hotel in Krakau. De ligging is uitstekend, op loopafstand van zowel de Oude Stad als de sfeervolle wijk Kazimierz. Het personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon.
De locatie en de gastvrijheid maken het een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Krakau

Cons:

De kamers zijn aan de kleine kant en hebben geen balkon.
Het grootste minpunt vonden wij het nieuwe ontbijtconcept dat sinds 1 augustus is ingevoerd. Waar je bij een boutiquehotel in deze prijsklasse een uitgebreid en luxe ontbijt verwacht, vonden wij het aanbod erg basic. Producten zoals verse omeletten, pannenkoekjes, zalm, smoothies en Franse kazen zijn sinds 1 augustus niet langer inbegrepen en moeten nu apart worden bijbetaald.

למי שמגיע עם רכב, החניה במרחק של 10 דקות הליכה. למי שמפריע- רצפת החדר עם שטיח מקיר לקיר ולא פרקט.

Fantastic breakfast, spacious clean room, and a comfy bed. Also, if you are staying outside of the old town, this is a good location for walking north to the old town or south to the Jewish quarter and Schindler factory.

The place to stay in an excellent location

A charming hotel in an excellent location in for our first time in Krakow. Superior and robust breakfast and excellent service. We were able to easily walk everywhere. This hotel and Krakow are highly recommended. - we thoroughly enjoyed both the hotel and this fabulous city.

Attention, location, breakfast and cleanness is spot on.
Very convenient to go walking almost everywhere in Krakow and also a very “clean space” to call and arrive with a taxi/Uber, whatever mobility mean you want to take
