Vynikající bohaté snídaně, exkluzivní degustační večeře oceněná Michelinem . Velká koupelna, kvalitní středně tvrdé matrace v manželské posteli. Hotel v blízkosti historického centra, kam lze dojít pěšky.
Hluk z ulice v pokoji s okny do ulice. Nedá se parkovat autem hned vedle hotelu, ale hotel nabízí soukromé placené parkoviště cca 350 m od hotelu.
Me gustó todo, la habitación era linda y cómoda, todo muy limpio, el personal muy atento nos ayudaron, el desayuno era muy variado. Muy bien ubicado estaba muy cerca a los sitios turísticos. Me gustó mucho el hotel, lo recomiendo 100%

Very comfortable rooms with everything supplied that you need. The food was excellent from the very comprehensive breakfast buffet to the superb tasting menu in the Amarylis Restaurant.
The staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay even more pleasant.
They have a lovely Spa and Sauna area with a selection of treatments available. Book well in advance for the treatments.
The hotel is situated in a great location for getting around the city. A short walk to the main square and the Jewish Quarter. There are an enormous amount of restaurants and eating places within easy walking and plenty of ways to get around the city from trams to horse and cart.
Would highly recommend visiting.

Das Zimmer war furchtbar.
Die Tür ging nicht richtig auf, die Fenster waren super laut, da es drauf regnete (Dachfenster)
Das "Spa" ist ein Witz. Es werden nur teure Massagen verkauft und es steht eine Mini-Sauna in der Ecke.
Parkplätze kosten 50€ die Nacht.
Ich hätte es nicht buchen dürfen!

The hotel is well situated for the sights of Krakow in between the Old Town and the Jewish quarter.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Extensive breakfast choices. Great that they will provide a breakfast pack up for early trips such as Auschwitz. Enough for breakfast and lunch!
Room clean and beds comfortable with a choice of pillows (just request).

Highly recommend.
Suggestion - the black stairs to the dining area need white edging on all of them, not just the top 4. It’s a low lighting area and a trip hazard not being able to identify all of the stairs as I found out.

We stayed at this hotel and it is centrally located between the old town and the Jewish Quarters. You can easily walk to both. The room was large and we had a balcony with a view of the castle. The breakfast was very good with a large variety. Staff were all friendly and very helpful to arrange taxi and tours.
