Il semble que les clients BOOKING ne bénéficient pas des meilleures chambres de cet hôtel !
Pros:

Petit déjeuné varié et de qualité. Emplacement excellent dans la ville et près de la gare. Garage (payant) privé et protégé. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Chambre peu en rapport avec les étoiles et qui semble reléguée au font de longs couloirs. Un éclairage de lit ne fonctionne pas. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Il faut attendre de nombreuses minutes pour obtenir de l'eau chaude.....

Perfect position, especially if you had a canal facing room.
Pros:

Great position, staff were very accommodating. Room was very clean

Cons:

Everything was fine. I would just say on the first morning we had breakfast which probably wasnt the best breakfast we had in France out of all our hotels. Not really a criticsm, just thought it wasnt as good as all the others.

Prix trop élevé pour trop peu de confort
Pros:

Situation géographique

Cons:

Pas de frigo, chambre donnant sur patio andalou, pas moyen d'ouvrir une fenêtre pour avoir de l'air frais, donc nous avons la climatisation très très bruyante, impossible de dormir donc, plus bruits et cris d'autres voyageurs ( le patio couvre 4 étages!)

Goed stadshotel dichtbij station en Canal de Midi maar wat gedateerd
Pros:

Locatie vlak aan station en canal du midi is perfect. Ook plus voor ruime (privé)parking. Maar het gebouw is wat gedateerd en algemeen aan opfrissing toe. De hotelkamers in de hoeken zijn ok, de gewone zijn klein en mankeren licht.

Non male ma non ci tornerei.
Pros:

La stanza era luminosissima ed il bagno, nonostante la vasca e non la doccia, era grande ed abbastanza comodo.

Cons:

Tanti gradini ed un lungo percorso per raggiungere la camera. Ho chiesto la password per poter utilizzare un computer disponibile nell’atrio per i clienti ed ho aspettato quasi due giorni per averla.

Un hôtel très agréable dans une ville magnifique.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement proche du canal du midi et du centre historique.
Parking disponible sur place, certes payant mais très utile quand on veut faire des visites exclusivement pédestres.
Personnel agréable et souriant et très bon confort de l'hôtel.
Quant au petit déjeuner il s'est avéré complet et très bon.

Gute Ausstattung.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, vielseitig und möglichst biologische Produkte. Keine Einwegpotionen.
Lage zentral, vielseitige Möglichkeiten der Verpflegung in allen Preislagen.
Parkplatz um die Ecke kann mitgebucht werden.
Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße. Wer das normale Leben in Toulouse erleben möchte, wird nicht enttäuscht...

Unexpectedly good, beside the railway station: we'll be back.
Pros:

We had walked by so many times when we lived nearby - usually ending up in the bar on the corner while we waited for our train - but never went in, let alone stayed. We needed somewhere dog-friendly while revisiting our old haunts and stayed based on the good reviews. And it was good. Staff were great. It was a bit quirky but .... Food was good too. Being right beside the train station made it great for traveling to Gaillac and Lisle-sur-Tarn. Let's put it this way: we'd go back if we were in the region again.
