Appalling service and zero interest in dealing with disabled guests
Pros:

Cons:

Detailed on Booking.com as Upper rooms accessible by lift. They are not as there are 6-10 steep steps to the lift. This is very narrow and small and can barely accommodate a wheelchair. The staff were adamant that the hotel was detailed as NOT wheelchair accessible on Booking.com despite being clearly shown that it was. Only one staff member seemed interested in trying to deal with the situation whilst the others just wanted to prove we were wrong. Even once my disabled wife had walked up the steps to the lift we were then told that there were further steps to our room!! Again the single staff member was the only one bothered and changed our room. Do not book this hotel if you have any mobility issues!! Would have moved to another hotel but none had rooms. Also please be aware that France is decades behind other countries with disabled access so please check in detail that accessible statements are actually true. Appalling stay that had my wife in tears.

Pros:

今までのヨーロッパ旅行の中でも最高の朝食でした。駅からも近く、スーパーも近くにあり、とてもよかったです。
前の道路も車の通行が少なく、静かで快適でした。

Frühstück und Lage waren perfekt.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere, da im angegliederten Restaurant kein Platz mehr zu ergattern war. Hier haben wir eine super Empfehlung für ein französisches regionales Lokal erhalten, welches den Abend mehr als verschönt hat.
