Clean rooms, nice staff, great pool!
Pros:

Room was clean and smelled "fresh" according to my Daughter. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool gets an A from my Daughter who has swam in A LOT of hotel swimming pools, so thats a win!

Cons:

Parking can be confusing if you're from away.

Onhygiënisch en vies. Voor geen enkele prijs acceptabel.
Pros:

De ligging was centraal. Maar om het waterfont te noemen is ongelofelijk overdreven. Wij hadden een ocean view kamer, maar voordat je ook maar iets van de ocean zag moest je eerst over een parkeerterrein uitkijken.

Cons:

1 van de bedden was duidelijk niet verschoond toen we incheckten (vlekken en haren). Dit hadden we jammer genoeg pas ‘s avonds laat door. De enige optie die we kregen was om in onze pyjama’s van kamer te wisselen (zonder hulp) óf zelf nieuw beddengoed bij de receptie op te halen en het bed zelf op te maken.

Omdat we ook onze twijfels hadden bij het andere bed zijn we van kamer gewisseld.

2 dagen later pakte ik een “schone” handdoek van het stapeltje dat die dag klaar waren gelegd. Vol bloedvlekken.

Dit is een serieus hygiëne probleem!!

Het ontbijt wat inclusief is, is trouwens ook om te janken. Maar als je een vies bed en smerige handdoeken hebt gehad, lijkt dat een klein probleempje.

The staff was great. They comped the parking. They tried their best.
Pros:

I am disabled There was a disability spot however I was advised that it was only for VIP which was $40. There was no hot water. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. No milk for breakfast.

Not good.
Pros:

There was some type of plumbing and heating problem and it created very loud noise that kept us awake 2 of the 3 nights we were here. It sounded like a pile driver for hours. We have requested a refund and we are checking out a day early.
