The staff was great. They comped the parking. They tried their best.
Pros:

I am disabled There was a disability spot however I was advised that it was only for VIP which was $40. There was no hot water. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. No milk for breakfast.

Pros:

All day self-serve GOOD coffee, tea, hot chocolate in lobby, easy walk to trendy harbor area and ferry

Cons:

Parking on site is expensive but it was a holiday so we parked on street for free.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Downtown Waterfront was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, the hotel is in a great location right by the harbor, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It made for a very pleasant and relaxing visit.
