Pros:

Breakfast was good, and the breakfast area was kept very clean.

Selene (sp.), who works the night shift, was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to help me when my elderly mother fell shortly after our arrival in Dallas. Selene is friendly and kind and an example of excellent customer service. Give her a raise!!

Cons:

I didn’t love the location right by the highway. It was convenient but noisy.

Overall, we got the rest we needed and our room was clean.
Pros:

Good overnight stay prior to flight from Love Field Airport

Cons:

Non-functioning electrical outlet in bathroom. Tried to reset but would immediately fail. Reported to morning desk worker who could have cared less.

Shower difficult to use— hard to regulate water temperature and get water to come out the shower head. Water pressure very poor but we were able to clean up. We joked that it took a PhD to work the shower. Some obvious issues with the fixture!

Was a good stay overall, with an exception of the pool.
Pros:

I loved the location and how close and easy it was to get to the city from this hotel. Definitely a hotel i would book again. Room was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay and super spacious as well.

Cons:

Main thing was their pool. It was dirty at the time I went. There were leaves, dirt, and bugs in it. Water was freezing cold! Like freezing. The only reason I still went in was because my daughter loves the pool and she does not care but we were only there for 1 hour because I was just not comfortable with how dirty it was and, again, freezing.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival. I noticed stains on the curtains, dirty doors, what appeared to be old dried blood on the bedding, and the room had a strong unpleasant odor. We also experienced very low water pressure during our stay. Most concerning, we found signs of bed bugs. When we brought these issues to staff, instead of properly addressing the situation, we were told to get cleaning supplies and clean the room ourselves, which was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness, safety, and customer service should be a basic standard. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Pros:

Desk Staff was excellent, friend had left purse in rental car, and she had to go back to the Car Rental lot to find, and staff assisted with making sure that she hadn't left it on your property before she found it. Desk Staff assisted in lyft price since your transport vehicle was not operating for Airport pickup.

Cons:

When we got to our room, key did not work, went back to desk for new keys, and when we got into room, the Room was not made up, bedding and towels were just laying there. We returned the Rental Car to Airport and room was ready on our return.

Will not stay again.
Pros:

We liked the size of the room. Thats about all we liked about the stay other than the location which was close to the airport and hospital.

Cons:

the room was dirty, humid, carpets felt like they were wet and will make your feet turn black by walking on them. The room smelled odd and all we heard all night was the exit door slamming every time someone walked in or out. The side doors do not require key for entry so literally anyone can walk in. Unsafe area for sure, only reason why we stayed was because we were only there for the night and left first thing in the morning.

There was some room to be a little bit cleaner in the rooms, and the outside could have been a little cleaner.
