Pros:

We often stay here and like it. But this stay was booked as an inner courtyard veiw bt we were allocated an apartment opposite our he Ostani bistro. The noise and lights were intrusive but luckily not too late.

Nice, "luxe"modern room.

Cons:

Partly open toilet bathroom with frosted glass in the room. Dreadful idea. Won't stay in such a room again.

Cons:

We were advised there was no elevator to our room on the top floor, I am 21 weeks pregnant with a toddler and several luggage so the staff tried to accommodate and got us to the first floor and assisted with luggage, perhaps a heads up on this in future would help others

Both fans are not working in the bathroom and the noise from the ups.tairs piping is very loud when they flush the toilet.The mattress is very soft and the cooking allpliance is not enough to cook meal or prepare the breakfast.Staff changed the other apartment due to the fan issue and we found there are lots cookwares which means they did not check carefully for the details.

Disappointing
Pros:

Great location, close to the city and close to restaurants.

Cons:

The apartment was separate to the main hotel and room was on the ground floor, unfortunately one of the bedrooms was overlooking the access lane for underground car parking and also garbage trucks so this room was ridiculously loud from very early in the morning, it was terrible.

Pros:

When I first got to my room, there was unfortunately an issue with the window. The staff went above and beyond to rectify this and moved me to a much nicer, more spacious room. I'm so grateful for their kindness and how quick they were to resolve this for me. It was an incredible stay. I've been here and few times before and always enjoyed it and look forward to coming back again.

The instructions to access the apartments were very confusing (it was not initially clear thats the apartments were separated from the hotel and could not be access from the main building and the tiny map was unreadable) but the staff were helpful.
