We were given an upgrade to a fabulous apartment. Luxurious accommodation. Very soft sheets and towels.

Pros:

Very friendly reception staff, great location if you want a calm and quiet stay, not the buzzy part of Canberra as it is a tad too residential. Close to the Parliament and museums. We rented a two-bedroom apartment and it was layed out perfectly and was very comfortable with extra blankets and pillows, daily housekeeping and refills for coffee and tea.
