Disappointing due to maintenance issues
Pros:

Size of the apartment and the bed

Cons:

Air-conditioning directly outside bedroom had a very noisy fan. Consistent internal plumbing noises kept us awake.

The rooms are a bit dark and the big cupboard feels eerie for me. Also I found a ball of hair strands on the floor so not sure jf it was cleaned enough.

Stylish and comfortable room in a great location
Pros:

Good location, clean and stylish. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice tea and coffee.

Cons:

The towels were small. The water from the shower spilled over into the toilet area and made the floor extremely slippery. The floor mat was drenched. Upon check in, one staff member started to assist me and another customer walked in and the staff member started to address them and left me unattended for at least 10 mins. I felt this was rude. Another staff member ended up assisting me when they became free and they were helpful and friendly.

Excellent in a good location and with the comfort of attentive and caring staff and good facilities.
Pros:

Aerin was an enormous help to us on check in. We had had a hard drive there - me and my friend with a disability - and arrived an hour later than planned, pretty exhausted. She immediately changed our apartment to one in the building and repacked our car so that we could meet a friend for dinner with 5 min to spare. We were so very grateful for this thoughtful effort on our behalf and it totally turned around the fatigue we felt. Highest praises. BIlal who was also there helped us find the car after our dinner and was very helpful. We will come back any time. Such attention and kindness is now rare. Much praise to these two staff members.

A great location with friendly staff at a very good price.
Pros:

The location is close to the National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery, which is what we came to see primarily, so it was very good for our stay.
It also has several cafes and restaurants within the precinct and these were also good; Maple & Clove for breakfast and The Med for dinner were both particularly good.
The reception staff were exceptional. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The room itself and its furnishings were a little tired and in need of repair or, in some cases, replacement. The shower and bathroom area, which has a fair amount of glass and metal, needs a more thorough clean. The curtains, soft wall furnishings, and bed furnishings are mostly marked and tired. Replacing and refreshing would help.

Great apartment, lots of room for sharing between 3. Kitchen facilities were great for making our own breakfast and having drinks with friends before dinner.

Do your research about the property facilities before booking
Pros:

Clean, good location

Cons:

It’s advertised that there are more facilities on site that are actually split across 3-4 hotels. Hotels are in walking distance however it’s not clear when booking. The beds are extremely soft and we were charged $50 per night for a trundle because of a sore back. Expected better for the nightly fee

Pros:

Great location - within 10-15 mins of main attractions. Facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Free movies on the TV was a great bonus as well. We stayed with an infant and the cot was ready for us when we arrived and spacious enough for our baby to play in.

Cons:

Could do with a pot in the kitchen - as the kitchen only had a frying pan.
