Pros:

The room was comfortable. The airconditioning kept the temperature controlled. The stay was quiet despite being in a busy part of town.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the shower was very small. It was difficult to manuver in and easy to knock items off shelf and on to your feet. Ouch! Also - no laundry service. When we asked the person at the desk downstairs, they did not appear to have any suggestions for how to do laundry. As more people are packing less trying to not check bags - this is potentially a downfall. The upside is that we did find a laundry about a 10 minute walk away.

Great hotel in a fab location.
Pros:

Lovely well appointed hotel, with everything we needed including a large fridge! Friendly, helpful staff, and the location is fantastic! Will definitely book here again.

Todo nuevo, limpio y práctico. Un pequeño lujo.

Cons:

Poco espacio, sensación de encierro. Estaban remodelando en el edificio de al frente y teníamos que mantener las cortinas cerradas (cortinas negras)

Quiet hotel in the middle of the historical centre in a beautifully renovated building
Pros:

Great location in the historical centre - on one of the quieter/smaller streets so remained quite even on busy nights. Easy walkable to different sites, restaurants and the river.

There were several bed bugs on the bed and floor carpet.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Bed Bugs. No restaurant on property. You have to walk to its sister restaurant if you have breakfast included. Bathroom light is very dim. Shower space is small and dark.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the centre of Lisboa
Pros:

This hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful rooms and very friendly and service-minded front-desk team. I have stayed there 6 times and have enjoyed all my stays very much. And not to forget, the breakfast is also very good! Hope to be back again soon :-)
