Quaint, elegant, cozy hotel in the heart of Lisbon downtown district.
Pros:

Located in the Baixa-Chiado district in central Lisbon, the hotel is within walking distance to many interesting sites, the metro, and sightseeing buses. Restaurants are plentiful as well as markets for essential items. The in room coffee options and pastry and wine are a nice touch. The building is elegantly decorated and the bed very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No onsite breakfast, though you could visit the companion hotel a short walk away for their breakfast. Even though I had the breakfast included in my room cost, I never took advantage of it because of early morning excursions. With so many great cafes and pastry shops, I’d pass on the extra charge unless you’re a really big breakfast person.

Well located stay but some bad designs in the room

Well located hotel. Staff friendly, Room big

Cons:

Some layouts in the room are badly planned. For example, shower door can’t open with the main toilet door closed. Hot water takes 3-5 mins to heat up and it is confusing which tap provides hot water. Door can only be locked by the manual key which means that u have to unlock/lock the door in absolute darkness each time u come back and they enforce for u to leave the key at the reception each time
