Very quiet, comfortable and pleasant place to stay close to key places.
Pros:

Great location, close to Rossio Square and many attractions.

Cons:

Mainenance- light above foor fid not work, making it difficult to lock door undide st night. Also board below fridge fell off and into foot, luckily causing no harm. Needs yo be fixed more fitnly.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Right in the heart of everything but still on a quiet street. Very beautiful boutique hotel! The room has all the amenities we need. Staffs were very helpful and friendly

Perfect location and a lovely hotel - I would recommend to anyone visiting!

The location, facilities and staff were excellent.

Cons:

The rooms aren’t very soundproof, especially the doors. So I could hear everyone walking past or even opening their doors. Someone even had a movie playing fairly loudly down the corridor and I could hear it from my room.

Por poner un pero diré que el servicio de desayuno es en otro hotel y aunque está cercano resulta un poco más incómodo.

Loved everything except the window facing the dark inner column of the building rather than the street, but maybe that’s

Location is absolutely amazing, everything you need and would want is within the walking distance. The staff is amazing. When checking in, one of the employees gave a lot of very helpful info and advice for our itinerary( where we should go, what is worth skipping and so on).
The room was amazing.

Localisation idéale, hôtel magnifique, un séjour parfait.
Pros:

Tout d’abord la décoration de l’hôtel est magnifique, dans le hall d’entrée comme dans la chambre. Ensuite le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute. Tout était parfait pendant notre séjour. Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet hôtel.
