An OK Hotel to Stay in Malang
Pros:

It was a nice stay at Hotel Santika Premiere Malang. The service was great, everybody was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

They need to replace the bath mat in the shower. It was moldy and just looks so old.

Comfortable Malang hotel with great pool, restaurant, and staff
Pros:

I absolutely loved my 3 night stay at the Hotel Santika and I only wish that I had stayed longer. The staff was one of the most caring and helpful of my 2 1/2 week trip through Indonesia.
I especially enjoyed the decors with the fountain in the pool. The bar opens onto the pool area and is very pleasant.
They serve an excellent buffet breakfast each morning with a lot of variety. I liked my room and had room service there one evening when I was tired. There are various convenience stores and a pharmacy near.
I want to thank the professional staff for always treating me so well, especially when I had a medical issue.

Booking.com had said the invoice upon my check out from Santika Malang Hotel and reception staff said my invoice coming from Booking.com. Then Booking.com and Santika Malang both of them never send me the invoice until now. Never followed up for my request mail too. So I had troublesome with my finance for my trip settlement.

Pros:

The location is amazing, 10 minutes from city center. The staff is pretty friendly, the room size is pretty big. The in house restaurant and cafe had some amazing food choices, being vegetarian they were pretty accommodating to improvise and help us with some good options.

Cons:

The wifi was bit sketchy and slow at times.
