The rooftop offers beautiful views, and the bus stop is only a short walk from the hotel, making it easy and convenient to get into the city. Breakfast was good, and we especially appreciated being able to order a cappuccino. Our room was spacious, and having a private terrace was a nice bonus.
The hotel itself has potential, but our stay was disappointing.
The receptionist was unfriendly and gave us an unwelcoming first impression. We also received no information in advance that the hotel’s restaurant is closed on Mondays, even though we arrived on a Monday evening. After a long journey, finding out there was no restaurant available was frustrating.
Our room was on the ground floor and had a strong musty, mold-like smell. The odor was so intense that our swimsuits absorbed it permanently and had to be thrown away. Some of our clothes also retained the unpleasant smell.
The lighting system in the room was confusing and unreliable. Sometimes all the lights would switch off at once, and at other times certain lights could not be turned on at all.
The spa area was also disappointing. We had to remove the heavy cover from the hot tub ourselves and put it back afterwards. One of the hot tubs was also partly out of order, with several functions not working.
Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations and was not the quality we expected.

Prachtige ruime suite
Ligt ongeveer 12km van de snelweg. Hotel is bereikbaar via een smalle toegangsweg. Als je met een boottrailer rijdt is dit hotel lastig, zo niet onmogelijk te bereiken.
Wir fanden die Dachterasse und die Aussicht wunderbar.
Auch die Zimmer waren top, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch ausreichend. Wir haben einmal zu Abend gegessen im Hotel-Restaurant. Das Essen war wirklich lecker, allerdings war es uns für die kleinen Portionen echt zu teuer. Wir waren nur durch den Tipp einer Servicekraft, noch ne Vorspeise und Nachspeise zu nehmen, satt.
Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, aber man erreicht Bozen und Meran schnell mit dem Auto.
Wir fanden den Empfang am Ankunftstag irgendwie richtig lustlos von der Empfangskraft. Wir mussten alle Infos aktiv anfragen, dann hieß es das Zimmer ist in 30 Minuten fertig, als wir dann 40 Minuten später zurückkamen hieß es es muss nochmal nachgefragt werden, wir sollen in ein paar Minuten wiederkommen. Als wir dann wiederkamen wurde die Nachfrage, ob das Zimmer fertig ist, vergessen…
Teilweise waren die angestellten suuuper lieb, aber dann gab es auch die anderen extreme. Einer der Mitarbeiter hat mit Lautsprecher und in einer Lautstärke, dass man alles mithören könnte, gefühlt stundenlang auf der Dachterasse telefoniert.

Különleges, nyugodt környezetben, gyönyörű panorámás tetőmedencével. Gyerekkel, kutyával töltöttünk itt pár napot. A fotóknak megfelelően szép volt minden!
