The shower room. The staff was friendly.

The place wasn't clean. There were stains on the bed sheets and towels. Also, the place is so small. Furniture needs update as everything was old.

Pros:

Отдыхали с 15 до 26 октября семьей. Расположение супер, персонал очень вежливый, уборка и смена белья каждые 3 дня. В принципе все необходимое было в номере. Очень красивая терраса с попугаем на входе. Хотим выразить благодарность всему персоналу😊😊.

Cons:

Запах канализации из туалета и иногда дым сигарет от соседей. Матрасы жесткие.

Pros:

All was very good: location, rooms, cleaning, staff etc. We would come back here again.

Cons:

The bed linens and towels were washed out (not so white). The light in the room was dim (it was hard to read in the evening) - I would like to have brighter lamps.

God familiær stemning og venlig og imødekommende service! Altid en fornøjelse at bo på Sempati Apart Hotel.
Pros:

Det er et mindre og meget hyggeligt, roligt og familiært hotel, ingen støj og uro fra høj musik og en masse larmende gæster. Det føles lidt som hjem på sin ferie. Det ligger dejlig tæt på stranden og med gåafstand til både Alanya centrum samt det skønne Oba.

Cons:

Jeg var lidt generet af min nabos høje TV og så skulle jeg bede om toilet papir hele tiden. Det kunne være rart hvis man fik mere end en rulle af gangen og der blev fyldt op ved hver rengøring.

Pros:

Персонал всегда на связи, всегда готов помочь по любому вопросу Расположение удобное, не самый центр, но пару километров пешком можно прогуляться. Тихое место, никакого шума. До моря пять минут. Вай фай, кондиционер, телевизор, все работает. Убирали и меняли бельё раз в три дня, по запросу даже чаще. Большой холодильник, это плюс.

Cons:

Уборка на троечку, кое как протирают полы и все, шкафы, занавески, все очень пыльное , мебель довольно старая. Особенно ванная комната .Набор посуды на кухне минимальный, мы сами купили кружки, побольше, средство для мытья посуды..Одна сковорода и одна кастрюля. Плитка маленькая, две электрические конфорки.
