The hotel has such potential from its location and the building
It, however, fails to live up to any of its potential!

Cons:

Elevators were constantly out of service for many of the days we were there - so long unpleasant delays in the foyer waiting to get up 20 floors!
The room was large and spacious, but not well kept: many issues:
- firstly, the mattress on the bed did not fit the base of the bed (the base was for an extra length and the mattress was std length
- the mattress was also in poor condition/not comfortable
- the general cleanliness and upkeep were poor
Such a pity, as the building and its appearance have such potential!
Breakfast was underwhelming, to say the least! I found it poor in quality and variety.
Instead of feeling like a luxurious hotel as it's advertised, it was much more like a kids' theme park vibe!
Sorry, but it was awful (the breakfasts)
The staff are also full of attitude when you ask for help or assistance with anything outside their normal songbook.
Asked (no begged them to assist with earlier check-in (we were attending a wedding the afternoon of our arrival and asked for a few hours earlier check-in to have sufficient time for my wife to get ready) - the several requests (by mail and by phone were simply dismissed with no effort to try to help and make a plan - sorry, but very poor service.

Such a nice proposition the hotel looks and is advertised as, but falls very short in delivering a luxurious experience.

Paid a lot of money for what should have been a luxurious experience and received, at best a 2-star service and experience.
So disappointing!
