Hard beds
The internet photos do not reflect the reality of the hotel.
We were awoken every day before 6am by the staff in the kitchen talking, sweeping and dragging heavy chairs.
A lot of noise from the room above through the night
The noise of our air conditioners was extremely loud
and very hard to sleep with it on
Breakfast was not great.
Tiles around the pool are extremely slippery, we witnessed several people fall
The room clean was very poor, the bathroom was not wiped over our entire stay.

Ein Strandhotel mit eingeschränkten Möglichkeiten zum Baden im Meer
Pros:

Ein kleines schönes Hotel mit 35 Zimmern. Die Fotos auf der Homepage sind stimmig.
Auf einem Podest fanden wir 5 Liegen und 21 Sitzsäcke und 8 Sonnenschirme. Eigentlich zu wenig für die Anzahl an Zimmern.
Zum Strand geht es eine Treppe runter, dort befinden sich keine Liegen vom Hotel. Dieser Strandabschnitt wird von den Windsurfen genutzt, so das man beim Baden sehr aufpassen muss. Das Strandkaffee ist sehr nett gemacht und macht schon was her. Hier treffen sich auch nicht Hotelgäste die ebenfalls die paar Liegen belegen.
Am Pool, der sehr sauberes Wasser hat, befinden sich weitere 13 Liegen, wobei 3 keine Auflagen haben und 6 Sonnenschirme.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Die Klimaanlage war für unser Empfinden zu laut, so das wir diese nachts nicht genutzt haben und dafür die Terassentür offen ließen. Das hat den Nachteil das nun die Hauptstraße zu hören ist, und auch die Kinder die bereits um 7.00 Uhr im Pool sind.
Poolzeiten sind von 7.00 bis 22.00 Uhr.
Der Safe im Zimmer steht im Kleiderschrank und ist nicht befestigt. Die Bad Tür hat einen Schließvorrichtung wie bei einer Haustür. Das ist nicht angenehm wenn man nachts die Toilette besucht und der Partner dadurch wach wird.
Das Zimmer riecht immer leicht muffig durch das innenliegende Bad. Betreten wird das Zimmer über einen Laubengang, hier hätte man nur ein kleines Fenster ins Bad bauen sollen, schon wäre das feuchtigskeits Problem gelöst.
Die Zimmerreinigung war in Ordnung.
Beim Frühstück giebt es noch reichlich Luft nach oben. Für Europäer war es schon dürfig. Es gab zwar alles was man mit Eiern anstellen kann, aber mal Wurst oder Käse war nicht aufzufinden. Der Toast und das Gebäck waren schon extrem trocken.
Der Whirlpool ist teilweise einzusehen und da die Pumpe sehr laut ist haben wir ihn nur einmal benutzt. Ist halt ein schöner Gag und macht auf den Hotelfotos schon was her.
Das Personal an der Rezeption sowie beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und höflich.

Very disappointed in our choice

I liked the direct pool access, staff were lovely and tried to help with all our issues

Cons:

I did not like the constant noise during the early morning of staff cleaning and sweeping at our door, heavy chairs being dragged along the floor, we were very close to the kitchen, the noise started from 5:30am. Beds are very hard and not comfy at all.
No a/c at breakfast area. Not a great selection of food. The room cleaner did not do a great job of cleaning, would not stay there again. Air conditioning was so noisy and rattled made it very hard to sleep. Photos on the Internet do not reflect the true picture. We were in room 113. Pool tiles were very slippery and we watched many people slip when getting into the pool

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, schöner Pool und abseits der lauten Straße. Nicht direkt am Meer, aber durch einen kleinen Fußweg in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut, vielleicht wären noch ein paar vegetarische Optionen schön gewesen. Alles in allem haben wir uns wieder sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Great hotel - would stay again.

Perfect destination for guests doing water sports, as surf spot Hua Hin is a close walk away - and wingfoiling / kiting gear can be stored there.
