また伺いたいホテル
Pros:

前回泊まってとても良かったので今回も利用しました。
お部屋は綺麗だし、パークもシティもアクセスが良い。
朝のお食事も美味しかったですが、案内されたお席が暑くてちょっと大変でした。でも美味しかったです。

今回高層階だったからなのか、とにかく静かに過ごせました。足のマッサージ機も有難かったです。
ありがとうございました。

Cons:

チェックインの時、タッチパネルに案内されたのですが、車椅子のため画面が見にくくもたついてしまい大変でした。画面の角度を変えられないため私の位置からは画面が見えづらく、案内して下さった方がちょっと嫌なお顔をされのが悲しかったです。
予約時に同伴者も全て入力してあるのですが、画面に入力を求められ、見えにくいので完了迄にかなり時間がかかりました。
前回はカウンターでチェックインしたのですぐ終わったので、焦りました。

温泉にも行きました。遅い時間でしたが、車椅子を預かってくださり、有難かったです。フロントの中スタッフさん同士で楽しそうにおしゃべりされている所を何度も見かけたました。静かに過ごす場所なのでもう少し落ち着いたお振る舞いの方を配置されてはどうかと思いました。

ユニバから近くて便利！
Pros:

ユニバから近く、ホテル周辺に飲食店、コンビニ、お土産店があるので立地がとてもいいです。
泊まった階の部屋が靴を脱ぐタイプだったので、裸足でリラックスしている過ごせました。
