Pros:

So close to everything, step off the train to Universal city walk and the hotel is right there. Staff are very helpful, hotel was cozy and clean with great views and even had a bath which was very nice after a long day at Universal

ユニバーサルから近いというより、駅から近いところです。
朝食もファミレスのような感じです。

Cons:

スタッフさんが人によっては素人さんみたいです。
