Jolie architecture et bonne emplacement.

Cons:

Hygiène,les gens se baigne en charte et tee-shirt sans même prendre de douche ! et aucune remarque ne leur est faite pourtant les consignes sont bien indiquées et il y a toujours du personnel autour de la piscine..comme de plus l accès de la piscine est autorisé aux exterieur sans modération!!! C est franchement sale.Ne commandé pas un mojitos c est des feuilles de menthe entière genre salade,des gros glaçons non pilez et de la limonade..

L’emplacement

Cons:

La facturation a été malhonnête, j’ai été prélevé à deux reprises du paiement. Lorsque je l’ai fait remarquer, preuve de mon compte, il m’a été expliqué qu’ils ne pouvaient me rembourser qu’en monnaie. J’ai dû me battre pour faire reconnaître le montant.
De plus, le montant prélevé sur mon compte a été modifié après notre départ.
Le groupe électrogène sous les fenêtres des chambres a tourné en continu.
Le restaurant est très médiocre, les serveurs ont mis 30 min à prendre notre commande.

We arrived very late and the room had some (severe) issues. They were full and couldn’t move us anywhere else. However the team were just wonderful, they found us an alternative hotel for the night, took us there and picked us up in the morning to bring us back. They then upgraded us to a much nicer room than we had booked. Breakfast was pretty good and the views are wonderful.
