We didn’t end up staying because they could not accommodate our reservation.
Pros:

We loved the location near the beach and the setting was very charming

Cons:

When we arrived we were told there was a plumbing problem and they didn’t have a room for us. They had booked us another room at a hotel in Fiumicino about 25 min away. While we were glad they were able to get us another room on such short notice, it was not nearly as charming or well located, plus another 40 mins after a long travel day. We had joked about hoping the hotel wasn’t a mirage, but when we got there found that it was. That said we would try staying there again if the occasion arises.

Petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

La douche serait a revoir manque de lumière pour rasage decor un peu ancien
Oeufs brouillés sont à revoir jus de fruitde tres mauvaise qualité.

Le faltaría una pileta pequeña en el parque (hay una en la playa a 200 metros)
