Great.we will be back.
Pros:

Every thing was great thanks in main due to the delightful service we received from the staff member on the desk.
Connor could not do enough for us. As older folk we were not sure how things worked I.e parking, tv etc.. Connor took the time to explain everything and show us how to work things. He is an exceptional example of good old fashioned service.
The evening meal was excellent. We will be back

Still like it - good location - overall needs some

Location - can’t beat it

Cons:

Probably getting tired. We stay in one of the larger new rooms - furniture needs updating and this time we noticed that actually more is needed eg a sitting chair in the bedroom for putting shoes on etc - plenty of room for it - and ‘couch’ needs replacing - it’s a sofa bed and not good as a couch so needs to go! Otherwise room is fine

Fantastic stay with my sisters, the staff were exceptional. Love this beautiful old building.
Pros:

Beautifully maintained and updated to a point. The history is incredible. The ghost tour we had was amazing. The meal in the restaurant was delicious and value for money. The staff were friendly and exceptional.

Pros:

Fantastic location with a short walk to the main streets and multiple shops, entertainment and green spaces. The set up and building are iconic with fabulous architecture and structure. Room was brilliant, somewhat old style but we like it that way. The noises from the haunted 4th floor made for the more excitement and intriguing. A great spot.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like, no complaints. We'd go back again.

Haunts galore!

The historic feel which they are helping preserve.

Cons:

Nothing, initially nervous about car parking but upon checking in we were directed to park in a secure carpark in short walking distance.

First night terrible but the next two nights were much better.
Cons:

The first night I woke from a terrible smell, then the fire alarm thing on the ceiling started leaking & the light came on & wouldn’t go off. The next 2 nights we were shifted to another room….I was very concerned as I didn’t know how the smell was going to affect my lungs. Also the parking was not easy.

The Sistine in toilet wasn’t working very well and was quite noisy plus Tv was in wardrobe sideways so couldn’t watch because it was too big
