Great experience
Pros:

Location was perfect for all major site seeing. 15 minute walk to every thing. Rooms were spacious and turn down service was a nice surprise. Breakfast was included which was great!

Hope to go back someday.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent. Very nice hotel and lots of good food nearby. The staff sat us down for a cappuccino when we arrived and showed us a map recommending attractions.

Cons:

Had some unavoidable maintenance issues with the shower. The staff was quick to accommodate and solve.

We are from Australia and us Australians, give this place an absolute standing ovation.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel very impressed with the service very welcoming and in the heart of Paradiso was definitely a must visit location

Cons:

My only note would be the reception area could be a slightly bigger for the amount of people checking in other than that fantastic place to visit .

Very enjoyable stay while being served by a really friendly and courteous staff.
Pros:

Great breakfast with a lot of variety and a really nice rooftop bar. Location was central to all the things we wanted to do in Rome.

Luca the porter was helpful. The young Italian server at breakfast with curly hair was friendly and very efficient. Front desk always willing to help. All staff were cheerful. Always greeted guests. Just wonderful staff from cleaners to front desk. Email responses were superb!

Cons:

Could have done without the hotdogs for breakfast.
