We changed rooms and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Our first room faced a stairwell and was therefore dark. Also, shower was difficult to get into.

Klein aber Fein, ein Top Hotel in erstklassiger Lage!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, es war sauber, alles eher klein aber fein! Top Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Nähe zum Campo di Fiori rundet das Ganze ab!

Muito bem localizada

Cons:

O ponto que não gostamos muito foi a falta de luz natural no quarto. Ficamos em um quarto com duas janelas bem pequenas, de frente para uma parede em obra. Ou seja, não podiamos abrir as janelas e ver o tempo, o que tornou o quarto um pouco claustrofóbico.

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable rooms, well designed. Great ambiance, luxurious. Absolutely fabulous staff, very polite and helpful. Feels like coming home in a different city.

The hotel offers an exceptionally good breakfast buffet, and serves great coffee and cocktails. If you visit, definitely try out their spa, a delightful place to relax after a long walk around the city. Ancient Rome in itself is a magic experience, hotel Lunetta makes it even better.

Cons:

Absolutely no comment at all. A hotel in the city center offers little space for views and the square it’s located on is small. But what would you expect in Rome? Hotel Lunetta is an absolute gem in the city.

Cons:

Schade, dass es keine normale Dusche anstelle der Badewanne gab. Druck der Brause, war sehr schwach.
