Two days in central Rome at a charming gull servece boutique hotel.
Pros:

The staff, who were all very helpful and committed towards seeing that their guests had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable.
The breakfast was very good with a good selection.

Cons:

There was nothing that I disliked.

Over priced and not quite up to standards of a four star hotel.

Cons:

There were a few ants in our room. Also, the plastic covering on the mattress did not stay in place and caused sleeping to be uncomfortable. We told house cleaning but mattress cover just did not fit .

We booked with booking.com and asked for Parking specifically. When we got there they had no parking. When we told them in booking.com they say they have parking….the Receptionist said “we know about parking we don’t have parking “. 😳 I told them we all “know about parking because we all have google” -
I wouldn’t have minded even if we had to pay for parking extra. But the recommended two different places to walk with all luggage 15 min away. We booked this hotel just because it included parking close by. And we were stuck for 3 nights. They don’t care. Sad!! Also room was super small compared to photos !!!! Barely could walk around bed. This was our third week of Italian travel. This was the worst experience.

Wonderful small hotel.
Pros:

It was well situated and very clean. I am a senior woman traveling alone and felt very safe and well cared for. The staff were exceptionally accommodating allowing me an early check in and a late check out.

Tolle Lage, zweitältestes Hotel Roms, sehr individuell und guter Service.
Pros:

Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Obwohl sie an unserem letzten Tag schon geschlossen war, hat sie uns der Barkeeper nochmal aufgeschlossen und wir konnten noch einen Aperol trinken.

Cons:
