Ubicación excelente. El personal, especialmente Macarena, fueron muy amables y se esforzaron por resolver todos n.uestros inconvenientes.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó en primer instancia era muy oscura y la cama era demasiado grande para el tamaño de la habitación lo cual dificultaba el movimiento, pero solicitamos el cambio y nos lo hicieron a una habitación excelente.

Pros:

The absolute best location in Rome. So convenient to everything. A safe and beautiful part of town. The staff, especially Roberto were so incredibly kind, helpful, and generous! They upgraded us to a junior suite because it was my birthday :) Very much appreciated! We were greeted with water, cappuccinos, wine, whatever we wanted. Breakfast was super!!!! Roberto gave us a great recommendation to a nice restaurant for my birthday as well as calling us a cab very quickly when we needed one to get to the train station. Overall, everything was great, very clean and comfortable!

Cons:

The shower was so tiny, you could not move around so it was a bit difficult. The rooftop terrace was small but nice.

Pros:

Toinen kerta samassa hotellissa. Hotellin sijainti on täydellinen. Lähellä kaikkea, mutta silti todella rauhallisen pienen aukion laidalla. Huoneet ovat siistejä ja ilmastointi toimii hyvin. Vaikka hotelli on vilkkaalla paikalla niin huoneet ovat hiljaisia. Henkilökunta on avuliasta ja mukavaa. Aamupala oli kompakti, mutta juuri riittävä. Hotellissa myös pieni Spa, mutta en ehtinyt kokeilemaan.

Cons:

Tällaisia asioita ei ollut.
