A fantastic hotel with a lovely wellness spa.Amazing scenery.Friendly helpful staff.Great location
Pros:

What a lovely hotel! Fantastic views. Lovely staff. Comfy bed. Tasty food and drink. The wellness area is wonderful. To sit in an outdoor pool and have the views was amazing. Cows playing in the field behind our room, hearing their bells. Easy to park the car. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed more! The showers are great with plenty of hot water. The pillows and duvets were so cosy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing negative to write. It's an amazing place to go to, to rest and unwind!

Nuestra experiencia en el Berghotel Randolins fue muy agradable
Pros:

La habitación es cómoda, y permanece caliente, especialmente durante la noche.

El hotel cuenta con restaurante, lo cual resulta muy práctico porque habíamos llegado después de las 8 pm y no conocíamos nada para ir a caminar y comer algo, y el desayuno nos pareció bastante completo y variado.

No pudimos aprovechar el servicio de bus del hotel porque tuvimos un retraso en el tren y llegamos directamente en Uber. Desde la estación de St. Moritz hasta el hotel nos costó cerca de 30 CHF. El hotel también cuenta con un servicio de chofer de confianza que cobra aproximadamente lo mismo desde la estación, así que puede ser una buena alternativa si llegan con equipaje o fuera del horario del transporte. Para el check-out si pudimos reservar el transporte que sale desde el hotel hasta la estación.

Al día siguiente salimos muy temprano a caminar y fue una de las mejores partes de la estancia. Los alrededores son preciosos, con paisajes naturales y un río cercano, y terminamos caminando bastante porque realmente vale la pena recorrer la zona.

En general, es un hotel muy agradable para disfrutar de la naturaleza y desconectarse. El desayuno es bueno, el entorno es precioso y tener restaurante en el mismo hotel es un plus. Como puntos a tener en cuenta, revisar con anticipación las opciones de transporte desde la estación.

Apesar do contratempo, voltaria a me hospedar , mas ficaria nos quartos duplos economicos .
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, com vista para as montanhas. No hotel tem um restaurante muito bom. A localização era um pouco distante do centro, mas o hotel tinha um shuttle gratuito com horarios fixos pra levar e trazer do hotel/centro, o que foi muito prático, especialmente para quem chega de trem, o shuttle pega na estação.

Cons:

Quando chegamos estava chovendo e apesar de ter pago a mais por um quarto superior , o mesmo estava localizado em outro prédio, tivemos que arrastar as malas na chuva e rampa para chegar ao quarto, era melhor ter reservado o quarto duplo economico, que ficavam no prédio onde fizemos o check in. Eles não tem serviço de levar as malas até o quarto.

Wonderful hotel, with great facilities in a beautiful setting. Could not wish for more.
Pros:

We had a fabulous room with wonderful views across the valley. Food was excellent, and there are walks straight from the hotel into the mountains. Such a restful place. The wellness centre was amazing, and quiet during the day. All in all a fabulous hotel.

Nie korzystaliśmy z Wellness więc trudno nam to ocenić.
Na śniadanie jest wybór paru opcji vegańskich ale o ciepłe trzeba dopytać...

Cons:

Natomiast obsługa w restauracji, jedna osoba, zachowała się niestosownie w kwestii dostępności miejsc, twierdząc, że cześć restauracji jest zamknięta ... tylko dlatego, że nie chciało się już podejść do pomieszczenia obok.

In spite of the two minor issues it was a great place and would stay there again.
Pros:

Great facility, very clean, great helpful staff. Shuttle to get to the hotel was appreciated.

Cons:

Ended up in building 300. It is a quite a hike up the steep hill for two 70+ people. Plus there is no lift (elevator) in the building. Had to depart before the breakfast room was open so ordered a take away when checked in. Had 2 huge buns with but a single slice of meat and single slice of cheese. Should have combined the meat and cheese into one bun and thrown the other bun away.

Das Hotel war eine wunderbare Entdeckung.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer wunderschönen Lage mit Sicht auf die gegenüberliegenden Bege (Fuorcla Surlej, Piz Corvatsch) und den See von Champfer und Silvaplana. Wander- und Bike-Wege sind in nächster Nähe, auch ein Bike-Parcour runter nach Champfer. Zudem gibt es Elektroladestationen für E-Cars und E-MTBs und die MTBs können im Skiraum sicher untergebracht werden. Auch für Spätrückkehrer gibt es im Restaurant noch etwas zu essen.

Pros:

Very clean hotel with easy parking and great views.
good food options. a shorty hike to St Moritz or 5 minute drive. there is also a shuttle bus.
staff were also lovely

Cons:

pillows were a bit thin and no spares in the room.
