Winter visitors can take advantage of special offers on ski passes when booked in advance.

Please let the hotel know your arrival time in advance to reserve the free shuttle service from the train station. A reservation is required. The shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (November - April) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (June - October).
If you travel with children, please inform the property about the number of children and their age.
Please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Mir hat alles gefallen
Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmerausstattung und sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. Der Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist phänomenal. Parkplatz gleich nebenan.

Die Lage mitten in der Bergwelt.
Schön wäre eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer oder in der allgemeinen Küche der jeweiligen Gebäude.
Wir wusstenn nicht, dass die Anlage aus verschiedenen Gebäuden besteht. Es ist eher für Familien ausgerichtet, ansonsten alles gut.

The property was in a beautiful setting. Beds were comfortable.
The property is far from the city center and bahnhof. Shuttle service was limited and required reservation. Our room was near the main entrance, not very private when our window was open. No electrical outlets in the bathroom. Restaurant food was not remarkable.

Net hotel op een mooie plek.
Lovely view, Swiss restaurant onsite was good, lovely breakfast, bed was comfortable. Electric car charging was available. Shuttle bus was excellent for catching Bernina Express. Free mountain pass was wonderful for visiting Muottas Murgal. Quiet area
No fridge in room, buildings are all separated so you need to walk up/down to the main building for food, car park is another walk away. Italian restaurant onsite was very ordinary.

Os restaurantes deixaram a desejar, principalmente nas entradas como a burrata, que não estava boa. O aperol também estava muito ruim e, mesmo após reclamar, não fizeram nada para melhorar. O fondue estava excelente, mas no geral a experiência não foi satisfatória.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
Die Bettdecken waren sehr dick, sodass es nachts viel zu warm darunter war. Es wäre schön, wenn im Sommer auch dünnere Bettdecken zur Verfügung stehen würden.
