L’emplacement, le rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Petit déjeuner correct mais pourrait etre mieux organisê. Un seul ascenseur (parfois monopolisê par le personnel d’entretien des chambres), c’est trop peu.

- hotel storico dal carattere particolare
- pulito e confortevole

Cons:

- non amo la moquette in stanza (per questo personale) e potrebbe essere un po' rinnovata, però si addice al carattere storico dell'hotel
- lo staff della reception potrebbe essere un po' più attento agli ospiti: una di loro non parlava inglese (o si rifiutava) e non ha fatto il minimo sforzo per tentare di capirmi costringendomi a tradurre con il telefono. Da notare che l'inglese non è neanche la mia lingua madre, ma è spesso lingua franca. Non pretendo neanche che in Francia tutti parlino inglese, ma almeno lo sforzo per farsi capire dovrebbe essere reciproco e, come ospite, mi aspetto questo tipo di attenzione.

Pros:

Hotel zit op loopafstand van alles. Station, tramhalte, beide grote winkelstraten, tourist office. In de avond en nacht is het rustig buiten.
Je wordt vooraf geïnformeerd dat er op vrijdag en zaterdag muziek in de brasserie is, waar je overlast van kan hebben.
Het hotel werkt nog met een ouderwetse sleutel en geen keycard.

Cons:

Op zondag en maandag zijn de brasserie en restaurant van het hotel dicht, dan is het wel heel rustig in het hotel.

Pros:

Personnel sympa. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages alors que la chambre n’était pas prête pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

La chambre est vieillotte, salle de bain pas très propres, moisissures sur les joints du carrelage de la douche.
Pas de prise dans la salle de bain
Nous avons choisi une chambre pas très chère mais quand même on se serait cru dans les années 90

Lieu qui a une âme et de la personnalité.
Belles salles pour le bar et restaurant.

Cons:

Bien que ce soit pour garder le côté originel et historique de l'hôtel, ce serait bien d'enlever la moquette car ce n'est pas hygiénique et ça ramasse tous les acariens! Un parquet conserverait le cachet de la chambre tout en garantissant davantage d'hygiène.

L'hôtel en plein centre de Brest, tout se fait à pied ou en tramway.
Chambre propre et confortable.
J'ai été prévenue dès mon arrivée qu'il y avait un concert le vendredi soir , mais ma chambre se situant au 4eme étage je n'ai pas été dérangé. Je trouve cela très bien et honnête de prévenir les clients d'un possible inconfort.
Personnel discret et sympathique.

posizione non centralissima, ma comunque sufficientemente comoda al centro. staff accogliente, gentile. mi occorreva una camera per una notte, quindi sufficiente

Cons:

la struttura necessita di una ristrutturazione edilizia ed estetica, anche per rimuovere arredi poco igienici come la moquette e i tendaggi pesanti. i servizi non sono evidenti. l'insieme è di una struttura vecchia e usurata.
