Pros:

Fantastic food, great atmosphere and decor. Superb location. And the family running the place is very friendly.

The beds were way too hard for us.

Great character and friendly people.
Pros:

Very nice people. Place has lots of character and style, Would definitely stay again as ideal location also.

Cons:

Didn't realise breakfast was available as missed note on card in room. Suggest mentioning this on check in. Not a complaint, was our mistake.

Central, cozy hotel with a unique look and feel.
Pros:

Great location in a lovely town. Minutes away by walking to Villa Erba and the town center / lake area. You will notice the unique and quirky decoration right away. The staff is warm and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. Cozy balcony with a quaint view of the town. Live piano music at the restaurant area is a nice plus.

Cons:

Navigating through the lobby / restaurant area is a little tight with luggage. Though the staff is helpful and considerate, unfortunately no vegan options in the menu.
