נקי מאוד, מיקום שקט, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, מרווח, צוות מעולה ועוזר, האינטרנט טוב. כיף לנוח במרחב המשותף. מיטות נוחות.

הזרם במקלחת מעט חלש ויכל להיות חם יותר למלון ברמה כזאת. בחדר שלי לא היה נוף ואי אפשר להסיט וילון כי פונה לחדר כניסה. בבוקר רעש של המנקה נשמע מבחוץ. לא הכי אטום לרעש. המיקום השקט בא עם מחיר של מרחק והרבה מדרגות...

Bel hôtel très bien placé dans Cusco pour touristes en quête de tranquillité
Pros:

Établissement reposant à 3mn de la plaza de armas, personnel très accueillant, ils parlent tous anglais et sont très arrangeants (chambre prête des 9h)

Top Lage, gute Sauberkeit, Pech mit dem Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage inmitten des Künstlerviertels ist genial. Der Blick über die Stadt war traumhaft.

Cons:

Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster direkt im Treppenhaus neben der Lobby bekommen. Da hat man jeden Gast gehört, der sich draußen unterhalten hat. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ok. Die Sauberkeit war wirklich gut. Ein Zimmerupgrade war auf Nachfrage leider nicht möglich, weil das Haus ausgebucht war. Ein Nachlass wurde mir nicht gewährt.

Beautiful old building in lovely Cusco.
Pros:

The property is lovely has lovely surrounds, beautiful breakfast and stafff.

Cons:

As the property is an older property and I stayed in winter I found it a bit cold. My room didn’t have a window either.

Pros:

Location is great and the garden is very lovely. Staff is friendly. It is a bit higher and not in the area where minivans pick you up for tours but that was fine to me

Cons:

Room very cold and the opposite of cozy.
I found the luggage storage to be ridiculously overpriced, especially if leaving the luggage and then coming back to stay at the hotel

We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Very friendly staff at the front desk. The receptionist Ever went out of his way to chat to us.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

No kettle in the room, but you can get tea downstairs.

Pros:

The location is excellent close to the historic quarter of Cosco. Many good restaurants and places of interest in the area. The staff were extremely nice and tried to assist as best as they could. The room was big enough and clean.

Cons:

We got back from a 5 days strenuous trek and there was not enough warm water. That is in our opinion basic facility and should not have happened.To be honest they fixed the problem after we complained. The heating in the room was not good enough. The public areas like coffee/tea and TV lounge were always cold and not cozy. No Mondial TV!!! The bottom line - could be better for the price we paid.
