Pros:

Personnel sympathique et très accueillant. Le logement est situé dans le quartier San Blas que je recommande vivement. Le buffet à volonté pour le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Possibilité d'avoir des petits déjeuners à emporter en cas de départ tôt.
Service de laverie disponible contre frais supplémentaires.

Cons:

Le logement est situé dans des petites rues, les compagnies ne viennent pas nous chercher devant l'hôtel mais nous donnent des points de rendez-vous dans le centre (10 minutes à pied maximum).

Beautiful old building in a great location.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel before and after my trip to Machu Pichu. The first stay my room had an amazing view. The second stay I was in a room with frosted glass windows and couldn’t see out the windows. I understand being a solo traveller I get a smaller room although I paid the same price for both rooms. I should have initially requested windows for both bookings as i mentioned it when I arrived and that was too late.

Cons:

It is an old building and I’m from Queensland I found the rooms cold. The rooms did have a heater and lots of blankets, I’m not used to cold weather

Hotel très agréable à San Blas
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était hyper complet.
Les chambres sont spacieuses très propres
L espace extérieur est très agréable
Le personnel très gentil (possibilité de faire laver le linge, petit déjeuner à emporter si départ très tôt)

Cons:

Parfois un peu de bruit ms dû aux clients qui claquent les portes

Very pleasant and unique property with an absolutely amazing breakfast buffet!
Pros:

Lovely staff, very helpful. Rooms were large and had city views of Cusco. We were impressed by the unique charm of the property. We loved the outdoor courtyard which had views of the City of Cusco. Finally, the included breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

The very narrow cobblestone streets of the historical district are not for the faint-hearted driver. I would recommend local uber or taxi.

- Zimmer hatte keine 20 Quadratmeter wie auf der Booking.com-Webseite angegeben (hatten Zimmer 7) - es war kaum Platz um zwei mittelgroße Koffer ein- bzw. auszuräumen
- Zimmer war in der Nacht im Mai trotz der mobilen Heizung viel zu kalt - trotz dessen, dass meine Frau und ich lange Loungewear anhatten...
- beim Weg von der Altstadt zur Unterkunft ist an der Ecke zum Hotel scheinbar ein Mistplatz für die Nachbarschaft, der erst am Tag unserer Abreise beseitigt wurde ... aber die nächsten Müllsackerln schon wieder dalagen
- Wasser im Waschbecken wurde erst nach einigen MINUTEN warm
- Toilettensitz war dreckig bei Ankunft
