Viking hotel blackpool experience
Pros:

Had a lovely 5 days holiday at the viking hotel blackpool .Just a couple of things that annoyed us was the rudeness of one of the waitresses in the restaurant named Jackie or jax as she was called pushing past us as we were going out of the dining room saying step aside move so I can get to sort a customer no excuse me or nothing and my friend was using a push trolly losing her balance. Also different charges at the bar paying over £2
.50 for the same order On a good note great entertainment particularly John Gillan who was brilliant. Also love bingo but only on 2 nights, could have had it every night really as just sat waiting for artists to come on.These issues didn't stop our enjoyment but the 2 complaints need addressing.

Close to 3hrs sat with no entertainment advertised.
Pros:

We booked tickets to come in for Saturdays entertainment which said it was the Legends show. Tickets said doors open at 7pm. We got there bang on time, decent selection of drinks at the bar but quite pricey. We sat in silence until 8:30pm when some 2 comedians taking turns came out. No music or Legends as advertised. The entire conversation was vulgur. The men seemed obsessed with chatting about adult content. I am not prude by any means, but this was constant and not a bit funny. Come 9:45 they were still chatting nonsense with no sign of any actual entertainment happening so we got up and left. Sitting for over 2 and a half hours bored out of our minds. Was a complete waste of time. It should say what time the singers start, not everyone enjoys sitting in a dark room for an hour before being made to listen to old men constantly chat about the bedroom. Its just cringe!

Poor experience
Pros:

Very poor experience, given our table for the entertainment for both nights, someone sat in our seats asked if I could sit where I had the night before and a load of abuse followed, They had the cheek to complain about us, one was defiantly under age, what was she doing in an adult s only hotel, I later went to reception and two guys where abit off with me where they actually there when the incident took place, will report this underage bysint
