Pros:

Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet style meals with plenty of choice. You have the same table in the dining area for the duration of your stay so no need to look around for a table. Great entertainment.

Pros:

Mostly clean, comfortable, cafe bar area is relaxing, friendly and laid back with great staff, there’s always someone to chat to in there, the whole place always has a lovely holiday atmosphere, fantastic nightly entertainment, fabulous food, eat as much or as little as you like and all comes with miles of smiles and great service from the fabulous staff in the restaurant and bar areas, lovely rooms, decent bathroom,

Cons:

Stairwells and corridors need updating, there is a smell in certain areas specifically around the lift from the entertainment/nightclub area and also the corner stairwell going upstairs after you leave the dining area - it’s the same smell in both areas, it needs addressing, I can’t describe the aroma but it isn’t pleasant
