No WC on Reception floor
This is the third year we have stayed and standards have dropped from previous stays. Reception was helpful on arrival. Bar staff very friendly entertainment good although missed the other comedian. Need to provide coffee, tea until at least 11.00am Sunday morning.
Toilets didn't smell great. Need some toilets on event level. Pillows hard, and towels have shrunk from before. lunch menu been removed. Why cant you allow one double spirit or two singles per wristband. It would save you dirty glasses and amount mixers volumes when we make one drink into a double.
We had our coats removed from tables so 8 of us could sit together, however tables of parties laid out with tablecloths were left there for them.

Downstairs toilets smell bad all the time... no lunch on saturdays.. all drinks not included have to pay extra..

We were very confused by there being no lunch on a few days last time we stayed Monday to Friday we got lunch every day ?
The single beds were quite thin and soft .

are room was small and a small window which had some type of plastic on window so no few whats so ever
Breakfast and Dinner excellent, the room a average shower to small same as wash basin, toilet on an angle not good. Beds comfy. Room far to far from the lift.

All in all very surprised only thing I would say is all inclusive should be all inclusive without extra charges
One lift never enough for the amount of people in the hotel parking also a nightmare also tv didn’t work went to reception told them about it but wasn’t fixed
The entertainment was brilliant
My room was freezing had a big draft coming from somewhere in the room and the corridor smelt of bad drainage
Great food. Nice and warm.
The bathroom was very small and the toilet too close to the bath not good for large people.
Was looking forward to another comedian on the second night.
