Pros:

Great value for money and the quality of the food was excellent.

Rooms could do with a wee bit of freshening up but that's me being picky

Enjoyable short stay with friends and family ,good value for money .Don't expect too much .
Pros:

Good entertainment, comfortable lounge area .staff welcoming helpfull and polite. Good selection of drinks for all-inclusive guests.

Cons:

Breakfast could have had more choice ,only fried eggs. Would have prefared decaf tea and coffee. Light lunch should be available eg complimentory sandwiches ,or cake / biscuits last time I stayed we were offered fish and chips . Bathroom very small . Didn't like having to go down stairs to use the hotel toilets .

Upgrade to sea view was disgusting as a couple one chair not on as a couple would expect 2 toilet couldn't sit down for a shite because no room whatever shocking

Pros:

Staff were excellent, good value for money, good location.

Cons:

The carpark, we had our car damaged on morning of departure by another guest leaving. Hotel were unable to give us the details even though the incident was captured on CCTV.if we claim for the damage through our insurance then our premiums increase but yhis is the knly way the hotel will release the details.
