Pros:

Staff were very good and helpful. Food was excellent.

Cons:

Our room was very poor.
We have used Choice Hotels for the last 25 years over the 4 hotels and have been very lucky in the rooms we've had.
The window was frosted and the bathroom window was see through glad it had a net at the window. No chair in the room because it was very small. Looks like you have to pay for a sea view to get a better room.

Perfect for our one night stay. Visited Cliffs after many years, and pleased to find it in good form
Pros:

Slept well in the twin room. Bedroom/bathroom were clean and bed comfortable Staff at breakfast were friendly and professional. Food was hot and breakfast area easy to get around.

I’ve been a few times but took my boyfriend with me this time. It’s something we’d definitely do again together.
Pros:

It was excellent for the price we paid. The food was exceptional!!! The building itself self was a little tired looking, but comfortable enough.

Pros:

Meals were good. Room was small but adequate. Bathroom was clean but couldn't get in and out of shower because no handles to hold on to!!! Bed was probably old because my husband rolled out of it on to floor. He is 90 and badly scraped his arm and had to go to hospital on way home

Cons:

Bath with shower above.. terrible not having grab handles. I'm 83 and husband 90.

we went for breakfast in the morning a lady opened the door for us we went and got a table sat down we started eating are food for her to come over to us and start shouting at us and leaning over a family member when she was trying to eat her food very UN professional

Brilliant facilities for families great pool and the games room is great for kids. Nice food
