How friendly the staff were.

Cons:

The differing sizes of the rooms. There we had 5 rooms in total all paying the same price. The difference in size was extremely from hardly being able to move to very spacious.

Staff very nice and respectful, facilities more than ample
Pros:

We had a sea view room, and the hotel was ideally situated for the tram stop,
in fact I would recommend the Cliffs Hotel every time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
