Pros:

Black out curtains was a bonus

Cons:

The room was not that big, there was a crack in the bath, bed quite lumpy
They have an obsession about lamb as i saw it twice in the menu

Superb place with excellent breakfast
Pros:

The property is good ton the promenade, view of the beach, tram stops at the entrance

Cons:

The cleaning which was not done properly. Hair , tablet cover, suitcase tag were all on the floor after the cleaning

Food great choices staff in dinning very helpful

Cons:

To cold heating not working properly cold in hotel staff on reception should know more where to find things not helpful just kept saying sorry not sure or I don't know managers very helpful

We’ve already booked to return :)
Pros:

The pool is extremely accessible for all ages and staff are welcoming their are no set times for kids this is such a pleasant experience and so rare at hotels now a days. The breakfast had a high option available . Parking on the property is tight but there is a car park ground beside it and the road beside it is also accessible for cars. Great night’s sleep.

Cons:

It took a while for the heating to kick in in the room , so when I went to bed and I had to use the duvet on the bed and the duvet from the single and I had to put socks on my feet were beyond freezing then I woke up through the night and it was a sauna lol

Very good the Motown shows were fantastic & the bar prices very good .
