Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and treated us with exceptional kindness throughout our stay. They made my wife’s birthday truly special by arranging a beautiful surprise and celebration for her.

Their hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made us feel at home. My wife was extremely happy, and this lovely experience will always remain a beautiful memory for our family.

A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again!

Pros:

The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is strategic closed to Metro station, to the shops, restaurants and shopping area.

Cons:

So far nothing. I don’t find a qibla sign and no praying matt in the room.

Very good staff, smiley and friendly. Clean and well equipped rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good for this size of a hotel. One can find almost everything for any kind of diet.

Cons:

The only complaint that I can make is that it can get very noisy since it's very central but not everyday. I can't really consider it a complaint since if one wants to stay in the city center, one noisy night is acceptable during a stay.
