The hotel has a great view looking out at the marina. The view looking inward is kind of worn.
Pros:

There was breakfast??

Cons:

No breakfast! And the room has a portable air conditioner. We had to empty its water bucket several times

It was alrignt for one night but I would not want to stay longer.
Pros:

The location was good and it is nice that the rooms face the water and not the busy road. There was enough room to set up our playpen for the baby.

Cons:

The beds could have been more comfortable and the kitchen countertops need to be replaced. there were no drying towels in the kitchen or wash cloths to clean dishes. We booked in as a family of four and there were only two towels in the bathroom. The bathtub did not have a plug for the drain so we could not bathe the baby. The bathroom did not feel like it had seen a deep clean in a long time. It was surface clean.

Cons:

There was hair on the bed, handprints all over the windows, and the cutlery appeared to have been used and still had food on it. The overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and we were extremely disappointed.

We booked through Booking.com, where the property appeared to be a normal, clean place to stay. After seeing the actual condition of the room, I searched the property on Google and was shocked by what I found. Given our experience and the other information now available online, I’m honestly surprised this property is still operating.

Pros:

I didn’t like anything it was filthy. No staff onsite when trying to check in waiting well over an hour to look at room and when I looked I couldn’t even sleep there was disgusting roaches through the hall way

Great view by the ocean for a reasonable price.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. The room had a full kitchen which was more than I expected!

Cons:

Had problems with the A/C, and some of the doors were a bit sticky. It was a bit dated, but cleanliness wasn't a problem

Never again. The place needs a lot of work.

Only one staff on duty. Could not deal with my wishes in a timely fashion.

Cons:

So many things were broken. Screen door did not close and had a big rip in it and I couldn’t not close the main door as the AC was broken and the room was very hot. Water on the floor in the kitchen from the fridge. Good splatters on the wall. Ceiling fan looked like it would come off the ceiling it was flapping so bad. Tiny tv far from the bed. Switch rooms to different problems such as raised tile in the washroom so I stubbed my bare toes entering twice. Fridge was completely unstable.
