It's okay, I like the location, the facilities need improvement.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, I like this.

Cons:

There are stairs in the hall, making it difficult to drag suitcases.
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, too soft and lacking springs.

Great location, friendly staff, good food nearby
Pros:

Location is excellent and the cafe and restaurant are very good.

Cons:

There are a number of steps to get to the room. I have a serious back injury and navigating steps with a suitcase is difficult.
