Overnight Stay
Pros:

Staff were very professional and helpful and were able to check me into my room earlier than check in. Overall the bed was very comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided. The appearance from when you enter into reception is very chic looking and inviting.

Cons:

My head torch that I use for camping provides better light than the side lamp in the room. Had to have the ceiling light on right up until I went to bed. When searching for the switch for the lamp, you can see the lack of care with cleaning as there was dust on the base of the table and a torn off paper from a coffee sachet I assume lying on the floor just underneath the curtain. Something really unsettling for me was the lock on the door. I wasnt sure if it worked, no matter which way I turned it, doesnt seem like the door was actually locked. TV looks like its really old, when I tried to switch to another channel all of a sudden it's lost signal and never came back. Tried to log in to my Netflix account which caused the TV to completely freeze.

Pros:

Close to Central Station and tram train and only 40 mins to walk to Central Quay with lots of places to look at and eat on the way, did this a few times. There were always plenty of people around so always felt safe, was on my own. Great little restaurant just next door and food was lovely. Staff were very nice and always willing to help 🤗 my room was big enough for what I needed and shower was hot on those cold days 😁

Pros:

スタッフの方は24時間対応してくださって安心でした。
セントラル駅からは少し歩きますが、
市内にでる駅までは近いので、エアポートトレインを使うなら空港との中間点に1番近いと思います。
シャワーの水量は問題なかった

Cons:

海外なので仕方がない部分ですが、清掃面で水回りが少し気になりました。

Stay overall was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

However, the T.V was disappointing. Screen is pixilated and unwatchable for all streaming services and Youtube despite being connected to wifi.

Poorly maintained facility
Pros:

Cons:

They failed to provide proper housekeeping, even after I explicitly requested fresh linen. Instead, the bed was simply remade using the same sheets. I had to call reception twice to request clean linen and ended up making the bed myself on both occasions.
Housekeeping was also unavailable over the King’s Birthday holiday, which is surprising given that hotels are typically busier during public holidays. The room itself had a noticeable mould issue and an unpleasant, lingering smell.
While the staff were friendly, they were ultimately unable to resolve these concerns. I had also paid for breakfast, only to find it was outsourced to the café next door. The food was very basic and noticeably lower in quality compared to other items on their menu, and the coffee was poor.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again or recommend this property to others
