Relaxing Staycation with Room for Improvement
Pros:

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Reef Hotel Guam. The biggest highlights were the friendly, professional, and welcoming staff who provided excellent service throughout my visit. The pool area was enjoyable, and my oceanfront corner room offered beautiful views that made for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property itself is showing its age and would benefit from significant maintenance and renovation. The front entrance had numerous cigarette butts, creating a poor first impression. The lobby and main hallways were noticeably warm, with air conditioning that didn’t seem sufficient for Guam’s climate.

The guest room also needs attention. The wooden entry door was old, with a noticeable gap underneath and visible light around the handle area. Inside, the room had worn wood flooring, an aging bed, dim lighting, a leaking air conditioner, a sliding glass door that was difficult to open, ants near the refrigerator and bathroom, and a bathroom that also felt outdated.

Overall, the exceptional staff and beautiful oceanfront location made the stay enjoyable, but the hotel’s aging facilities significantly impacted the overall experience. With comprehensive renovations and improved maintenance, this property has the potential to become an outstanding beachfront destination once again.

なんだかんだでいい所！
Pros:

ウォーターサーバーが良かった。冷房も弱めたり、切ったりできたので良かった。ベランダも素敵でした。

立地が良く、目の前にタモンビーチもあるのでバタバタせずにサンセットが見れました！☺︎
お部屋の清潔感もありコスパはすごく良いと思います◎
スタッフの方もフレンドリーです！

Cons:

クーラーが寒すぎたので…寒がりめの方は部屋着としては長袖を持って行くのをおすすめします！>_<
また、最終日に浴室のコンセントが使えなくなってしまって、他のコンセントは使えたのとフロントに連絡する時間が無かったので他のコンセントを使用し、チェックアウト時にお伝えしました💦

这是我近5年内住过最糟糕的酒店，没有之一

唯一欣慰的是饮水机可以出冰水

Cons:

在2026年入住酒店，整个酒店陈旧程度超出想象，整个酒店的空调设施和没有几乎没有任何区别，酒店大堂热，房间更是热的难以忍受，空调的控制形同虚设，温度和风速调节失效，房间内的除湿机无法工作，房间无比潮湿。海滨套房的宣传也有虚假和误导的成分，用窗帘挡住转角窗外实际是墙体，与宣传效果不符合。同时海滩也和旁边的几所酒店完全无法相比。

This hotel is falling apart. Pictures of the listing online are deceiving.
Pros:

The big infinity pool overlooking the ocean is likely what keeps this hotel alive.

Cons:

The hotel is falling apart. Air conditioning is not adequate, looks old, lots of broken stuff everywhere, not keeping up with maintenance.
