Will definitely not choose again
Pros:

We booked this hotel as a last‑minute deal after the typhoon hit Guam and we lost power and water at home. The only positiveness was cheap if you're a local Guam resident.

Cons:

The front desk staff was inattentive and slow, kept talking to their own family on the cellphone, and we waited almost an hour just to check in. The elevator was out of service, so we had to climb nine floors to reach our room. The interior was extremely old and outdated, and the mugs had a disturbing odor, possibly mold. The AC didn’t work, and overall nothing about the stay went our way.

It was great to be so close to the beach and to have a beautiful pool that looked out over the sea.

Cons:

The whole place just seemed a little tired, evidence of effects of the humid weather, the aircon dripped on and off.

Pros:

the hotel is located in a very convenient location. Front Desk Staff are very helpful. Parking space is more than enough. lovely pool and well-maintained public areas. The design in the room is a bit outdated, but does not affect functionality. Great balcony view overlooking the ocean.

Pros:

グアムを訪れたのは4回目になります。ニッコー1回、アウトリガー2回です。この２つのホテルと比べると断然お安いです。そして、プールもあり海が目の前だったことも良かったと思います。

Cons:

ます、海に出るのに階段をたくさん降りないといけないことです。当然帰りはその階段を登らないといけないので、小さいお子さんがいる方は気をつけた方が良いかと思います。
また、お部屋の電気を点けている間しか充電ができません。最初のお部屋に不備があったのでお部屋を交換していただいたのめすが、両方とも同じ仕様でした。寝ている間に充電ができず不便でした。
そして、ホテル自体が古くなっているため、日本のリゾートホテルほど整備が整っていませんでした。ここはお値段相応ということでしょうか。
最後にベイビューのお部屋ということでしたが、お部屋の前が海ということではありません。ベランダに出ると海が見えると思っていた方が期待しなくて良いかと思います。
