Pros:

河原町三条と言う立地と美味しい朝食。朝食会場のスタッフの働きぶりは好感が持てた。

Cons:

普段なら充分とは思うが30度以上の京都、ペット水が1本、製氷機は(5F,8Fに)あると書いてあったが給水機もあるのかな?

Nice hotel at the heart of Kyoto
Pros:

We stayed in Superior twin room, 26 sqm, which was nice and spacious. Bathroom was a bit small. Location is perfect, close to the metro and lots of shops and restaurants, and also close to the river.

Cons:

Waiting time for the elevator. The property starts showing signs of wear.

スタッフの対応が良かった。
Pros:

チェックイン、アウトのフロント対応がとても良かったです。
朝食会場のスタッフも対応よかった。
朝、廊下を歩いていると外国人清掃スタッフに出会い、気持ちのいい挨拶をしてくれて良かったです。

Cons:

エアコン入れて寝たが、布団が思ったより暑かったです。もう少し薄い掛け布団が良かったです。
