Pros:

View was perfect. Although the hallway was old and dated, the room was refurbished, very clean and well presented. Close to Surfers Paradise main hub and anything you need.

It was a great stay!
Pros:

Great location near shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions, and tram station. Nice view from the lounge and balcony. Good-sized rooms. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Cons:

It's not a huge hotel, so the office wasn't open outside normal hours. That's understandable though. Their after-hours access and lock-box system worked well.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel because of the bathroooms
Pros:

Location was amazing.
The view was to die for.kitchen was excellent.

Cons:

The bathrooms was revolting
Mould everywhere couldn’t brush my teeth with my eyes open
It need renovations urgently.
No one should pay that amount and get a bathroom like that.
Laundry smell was very bad and was like a storage for the hotel .

Totally enjoyed our stay and made the best of our stay. Great staff, especially reception.
Pros:

Great view, great location with close proximity to town and food outlets. bedroom great and comfortable,

Cons:

Upgrades needed in bathroom and kitchen. Cupboard doors poorly fitted with hinges faulty. Hob element needed repairs and should have been done before our arrival.

Overall a great stay at a great location. Would come back again.
Pros:

Great view - had a full unblocked view of the sea at surfers paradise. It was also waking distance to the main dining and shopping area. The light rail was also easily located for movements between where we need to go and especially for the 2026 GCM.

Cons:

The fan remote in one of the room was missing. The dryer wasn't working - though we were able to easily dry our cloths using the clothing eack provided.

Great location with exceptional views of the ocean, staff were friendly. Overall great stay over the marathon weekend.
Pros:

Location was exceptional- we had an apartment with ocean views
Good service- there was an issue with the hot water tank in our room 2 nights into our stay, but staff were able to allocate as another apartment with ocean view room for the remainder of our stay.

Cons:

The main bedroom in the send apartment we got changed to, whilst it was clean, it unfortunately had a urine odour.

Nice room, good view, poor servicing and stingy with household products.
Pros:

Beautifully renovated room with nice view

Cons:

For a 5 night stay for 4 people, you get a very limited supply of toilet paper, 1 tiny sachet of dishwaahing powder and laundry liquid, 2 small bin bags. Rooms are not serviced and if you want more products you have to pay. They ask for all dishes to be washed before leaving and bins taken out yet they don't supply you with enough to do this. Quite stingy in my opinion
