Beautifully renovated boutique hotel in great location
Pros:

The house has been very well renovated and is in a good location for all - 1.5 blocks from Ave Montejo - the principal thoroughfare and 15 mins walk to downtown and 15 mins walk “uptown”.
The lovely central patio is very peaceful and quiet and breakfast here in the mornings is very tranquil.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The rooms are large with high ceilings and good sized bathrooms all with lots of toiletries and good towels etc.
The mattresses are comfy and rooms are well cleaned.

Cons:

The pillows are disappointing with 1 hard flat and 1 lumpy high “fluffy”.
The common area is around the central patio and furnishings, although in keeping with the renovation, were not conducive to relaxing or reading or hanging out.
Breakfast was rather disappointing with the same bread basket daily, store bought yoghurt and slightly passed -its -prime fruit. Hot dishes were good but much room for improvement here

El lugar es muy bonito y cuidado, parece una casa antigua , las habitaciones y baño es amplia y el desayuno estaba muy rico

Boutique hotel very quiet only 9 rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast was just ok. Butter old no jam When hot the only thing air conditioned was the room. Rest was very hot.

Un Paraiso Vintage a un par de cuadras del Paseo Montejo
Pros:

El desayuno a la carta es fabuloso, el servicio inmejorable y la ambientación del lugar te transporta a otra época, cada detalle esta cuidado.
Nos hospedamos en una habitación hermosa con dos camas muy comodas, baño moderno pero con toques vintage

Cons:

Las ventanas de la habitación daban a una calle transitada y no es agradable despertar con el ruido de los coches pasando.

It was wonderful and beautiful and great location

Cons:

While I was sitting on the patio outside my room eating breakfast or having a drink the mosquitoes were eating me alive. The sprays provided didn't do any justice. The mosquitoes got into my room as well. The staff tried. I give them credit. The mosquitoes didn't bother me throughout the trip but only in the hotel. I feel it was the beautiful garden in front of my room.
