Gebäude und Lage sind top
Pros:

Fitness und Poolanlage sind ausgezeichnet. Das Gebäude allein ist sehenswert. Das Restaurant und der Starbucks im Hotel. Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Ablage oder Aufhängmöglichkeiten im Zimmer / Bad sind wenig vorhanden, vor allem bei längeren Aufenthalt.

Meine Kinder und ich sind uns einig: Das beste City Hotel was wir je hatten.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Fußläufig ist man in nicht einmal 5 Minuten am Chicago River.
10Minuten in die andere Richtung und man ist genau im Zentrum mit all seinen Geschäften und Parks.
ABER das Hotel selbst nicht zu vergessen. Mit den ganzen Sport Möglichkeiten wie Basketball Raum, der Outdoor Laufbahn, oder des absolut Mega Schwimmbeckens. Eine Atmosphäre dort am Abend im Sommer zu schwimmen. Einfach Atemberaubend

Das Essen im Restaurant.
Einiges war gut, aber nicht alles.
Ich hatte 3 Tage hintereinander overnight Oat. Am 3 Tag war das nicht mehr gut, also war leicht verdorben.

It’s Sufficient
Pros:

Decent place, I’d likely not stay there again. Impossible to get caffeinated coffee packs in your room for the $15 coffee machine. The Starbucks downstairs consistently can’t make your order correctly (5 times, 2 different drinks). The towels in my bathroom were damp and the top shelf had peeling paint and stains from the HVAC.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great location, central to everything! The view and the King corner room is amazing. And the breakfast is fantastic. Richards was super helpful, especially because my flight got delayed and I had to check in super late. And Ulysses made sure everything was great for us going forward.

An excellent stay
Pros:

Everything about the stay was great. Front desk staff were friendly, courteous and quick, food from Firelake was outstanding and the young lady who brought it to the room was friendly, professional, and very thoughtful. Could not have been better. The next time I stay in Chicago, I will definitely be back.

Nice Comfortable Hotel with Friendly Staff
Pros:

Many thanks to Ulysses at the front desk for arranging and early check in and mini fridge! He took care of a minor issue with our room and even gave us a food/drink credit. Overall the staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered from the restaurant and it came up to the room very quickly. The burger wasn’t the greatest but we definitely enjoyed the pesto salad. This is a very large hotel so keep in mind it is very busy. However the beds were very comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. I loved the location near millenium park, and there is a CVS next door for amenities. Behind the hotel there is the most charming small park with foundations and leafy trees and nice landscaping. There is also a gourmet market with 3 floors in this area as well. From the hotel you can walk to the Riverwalk and the Ferris wheel on the boardwalk. I really liked the amenities available at this location. I also didn’t want to sleep in an old hotel with the L train roaring past us so that’s why I chose this location. Keep in mind it is located next door to a fire station, but we were on a high floor and this didn’t bug me as much. I liked how there was a small balcony. My mom also stayed in the hotel and got a corner room on the 17th floor. Beautiful views of Chicago. A nice comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

Ulysses rocks! Great check in process
Pros:

Ulysses made my chicken so smooth and so did Justin. They are amazing. Take care of my needs. I needed a certain amenity in the room. Ulysses made sure that I was all set and satisfied. Just based on the check-in process, I would recommend 10 out of 10. Thank you Ulysses

It was enjoyable, I would recommend for people not on a budget
Pros:

The location was great, they had room service and outdoor pool. The building is on the architecture tour, and a balcony! So rare. The staff was really nice.

Cons:

The roomservice was wrong 3 times in a row and the pool was so crowded we didn't use it. If this property was a little cheaper it would have been 5 stars, but for over $400 a night it was a little run down. The decor is straightup weird-- truly ugly wallpaper in the halls and all the rooms and the signage was diy-type 90s farmhouse vibes. Very incongruous.
