Cons:

Le bar ferme à 22h. On peut donc même plus boire qqch en rentrant.
On nous dit qu’on peut payer en cash au départ et au moment du Check out ce n’est plus possible. Ils répondent n’importe quoi juste parce qu’ils ne savent pas. À aucun endroit c’est écrit « cash only »

The hotel was great (including the food,) the parking garage was very frustrating.
Pros:

Convenient location, clean lovely room and I loved the sheets.

Cons:

We spent 10 minute trying to find our way out of the parking garage and to the lobby. Then spent fifteen minutes getting back into the garage and finding the car.

Pros:

I had a reservation at this hotel for june 6-9,2026. I called them to confirm my reservation and found out it had been cancelled back in april. they gave no reason or apology , they just did'nt seem to care that they ruined our vacation plans. Now we have had to cancel all other other reservations in Chicago because of this. Also I am a handicapped senor citizen who was really looking forward to this trip. If you book a room at this unscrupulous hotel watch out that this doesnt happen to you. They offered no compinsation for there mistake and know were out several hundred dollars on non-refundable reservations.

Pros:

Location was wonderful. Rooms were somewhat small and had no refrigerator had to request a small one which wasn’t sufficient for my overall stay but we made it work. I paid for my stay in advance and they only put me on the 6th floor I think ppl who pay in advance should get first access to higher level floors as we didn’t get to see from very far up. The outdoor pool and walking tracking were clutch and such a beautiful scenery and place to relax to see all the surrounding buildings
