Pros:

room was nice size. the guy diredtikng traffic at the entrance was helpful

Cons:

Swimming pool was not actually on the main rooftop but on the roof of an annex, changhe your advert. Also we didn't bpother going to the pool as it was packed with some disco djh party and the noise up in our room from it was shocking.

The car park was very confusing to find ones way around. the elevators were dirty. there was no control of the queue at check in and people just forged their own way in ahead of others.

Amazing building! Gorgeous outdoor garden and pool area.

Facility public areas were not well cared for; dirty carpets, stains on chairs.

If I'm paying close to $1k for two nights. I'd expect amenities to work.
Pros:

Room was okay. Didn't meet my high floor request.

Cons:

Requested high floor. Got the lower floors.
Amenities weren't working (hot tub).

Pros:

I wished I had more time. It was great, the location and the food was excellent. I will definitely go back. Nice place to celebrate a milestone or special events.

Nice hotel but overpriced with excessive incidentals charges.
Pros:

Great central location & generous corner room with balcony. Clean & spacious

Cons:

Appalling they charge $150 per night per room for incidentals. No other hotel charges this excessive amount. In our case, $900 for two rooms charged against my credit card which will take a minimum of 10 days to be released. Totally unacceptable & unnecessary

Cons:

I asked 2 different people twice for a brief greeting card for my Mom in the room since it is her first time in her dream city. The card could have been as simple as "Welcome to Chicago, Maia" but it was not there. I know it probably sounds like a small thing but I really wanted her to feel welcome.

Pros:

Ein richtig tolles Hotel für alle die sich gerne fit halten.
Mit dieser wunderschönen Dachterrasse, wo man laufen, oder auch im Pool ordentlich Bahnen ziehen kann.
Indoor ein riesen Gym und ein Basketball Raum.
Aber auch 2 lange Bahnen zum Schwimmen.
Also bei jedem Wetter ein tolles Hotel für Fitness Liebhaber
