Our stay at the Radisson Blu was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout our visit. The location was perfect—close to everything downtown, making it easy to walk to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very charming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.
Nice room, great gym, good breakfast.
The kids and I had an overnight in Chicago and we had a blast. We loved both the indoor and outdoor pool even though we get much time in them. We loved the location and how close it was to things like Navy pier or the Riverwalk.
The staff was friendly and the valet was really helpful when we showed up a little anxious about the 5 o’clock downtown traffic.
We love the atmosphere, especially the sparkly floors when you walk into the hotel room. And the balcony provided beautiful views.
Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to Mganificent mile and the parks and the navy pier.
Rooftop pool was great on the hot days. Would have been nice if the outside hot tub was working, only the indoor one was.
Room was a bit small but really didnt spend much time in it. Wished we had a room with a balcony…
Great hotel, great views, balcony was lovely, but c’mon, buy some more damn luggage carts. I shouldn’t have to carry 4 bags to the 10th floor without one.
Perfect hotel location for walking around the city.
Being over charged from website and hotel upon entry. Took awhile at counter to fix the problem and was quite embarrassing and frustrating. Staff was not the most accommodating and made me feel like it was my fault. Also, room was not ready until after 4pm which I felt was unfair.

Great service at the hotel and I will stay again!!!
The hotel and the hotel workers were just all together nice and welcoming.
The Raddison was a very pleasant stay. Although the room was nice, I thought it would be more spacious but overall it was great hospitality. Lastly, the restaurant in the lobby is a 10/10!!!
This is our absolute favorite place to stay in Chicago! Lakeshore East is so close to the parks, shopping, the Riverwalk and of course the Lake! Elevated experience at a reasonable rate. The restaurant is wonderful, but many others (Giordano’s) are just a short walk away! Starbucks in the lobby, but the in room Lavazza is perfect and convenient. We can’t say enough about this amazing property. Excellent staff too!
The place itself was not bad… I do think it was extremely overpriced. The room itself was not carpeted, and you could see scratches across the floor from the chair having scraping it. Bad scratches… Housekeeping did not get to our room and replace towels til about 6p..
Food… The food was really good, while expensive the burger was really good and they gave cool little jars for the ketchup and mayo for our to go meals…
Parking… Parking was another a robbery… $63 a night…
Hidden Charges… while they do warn not to touch the open bar and snacks, they charge you if they are moved… felt very mischievous, and made us stay away from the counter all together…
Amenities… This is easily the best feature of the hotel. They have basketball, weights, indoor pool, outdoor pool, steam, sauna everything!!!! That is the meal ticket of the hotel…
Ultimately, the hotel was good, just over priced for the corners they cut…
Good location, balcony really worth it, comfortable rooms, (no full length mirror which is unfortunate) Also super slippery shower floor, wide marble tiles a mistake with no grab bar for old people or children. The outdoor area great, pool, track, plenty of chairs. Nice restaurant, great staff
The room are so clean, the beds are comfortable, the service and the stuff are helpful and friendly.
