The bar and restaurant staff were friendly. The room was clean and nice.
Pros:

Clean room and great location close to all major attractions!

Cons:

Front desk staff not helpful. No bellman available to help with luggage in and out of the rooms.

Overall I loved it and will be back
Pros:

I love the amenities. Basketball , pool table and the balcony was nice and spacious

Meh. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what you get and service was quite slow.

Cons:

Large, unusual stains on the furniture. Tight hallways, weird interior design and the place looks much older than it actually is. For the price, this was well below expectations.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

While the hotel was clean and the staff was responsive, several technical and service issues made for a mixed experience.
​The room lacked shower gel upon arrival. Although staff delivered extra toiletries, the mini-bottles ran out quickly, requiring a second request on my last night. I appreciated the option to have a fridge, but once plugged in, it tripped the circuit breaker for the lights and TV. Surprisingly, the iron caused the same electrical failure on my final day.
​The bed was firmer than expected, and the breakfast I had was quite greasy. Due to the electrical instability and basic service gaps, this feels more like a 3.75-star establishment than a 4-star hotel.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I stayed in the Ambassador Suite, it was a very nice room. Super spacious. The staff was also very kind. I loved my stay and would 100% stay at the Radisson Blu again.

Very disappointed. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay.
Pros:

What I liked most about the property was that it is close to everything downtown within walking distance.

Cons:

Cleanliness was poor. It was our anniversary weekend, and for the price, I was disappointed. Room floors were dirty, dusty lamps, fixtures, and walls were dirty, and there was hair in the shower. I give it a 2-star rating.

The staff, location and views are amazing, and it was a delightful experience overall.

Amazing location and good amenities.

Cons:

The rooms were very dusty, there was no microwave in the room and the layout of the room was horribly designed. Also the shampoo, conditioner and body gel weren’t the best.
