Overpriced and Cheap at the Same Time
Pros:

Quiet.
Good lighting in the room.
Low bench for two suitcases.
Comfortable armchair.
Plenty of plugs.
Stylish bathroom with walk in tiled waterfall/handheld shower.
Decent restaurant serving three meals.
Extensive third floor terrace with pool and plantings.

Cons:

Seasonal pricing made deluxe king room (no balcony, not a higher floor or corner room) really overpriced at a final total of $550 nightly. (Hotel chosen because of the architecture)
Some of the furnishings were chipped or scratched.
Coffee maker, but no coffee.
No microwave.
No fridge. Instead there was a minibar stocked with some high priced snacks and drinks, all easily available at the CVS next door. Pretty insulting for $550 a night.
Later I was told that I could request a complimentary fridge (that, and anything else available, should have been mentioned at check-in).

Absolutely awful, would not recommend
Pros:

The property was so bad we had to leave and stay elsewhere.
Sadly I don’t have any photos to upload as I was so upset and angry about the state of the place I didn’t even think to take any, I just wanted out of there.

Cons:

Everything, it was very dated and dirty. I understand some hotels can be a little tired looking but would still expect them to be clean, this was horrendous, room hadn’t even been hoovered, got offered another, it was exactly the same so made the decision to stay elsewhere. Completely ruined our first afternoon in New York.

SECOND DAY OF STAYING, ROOM WASN'T SERVICED, NEXT DAY IT WAS SERVICED BUT COFFEE ETC WASN'T REPLENISHED. WE HAD TO LEAVE A DAY EARLY DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND WE WERE INFORMED WE WOULD PENALISED TO THE TUNE OF $800!!! NOT HAPPY ,WE WILL NOT USE RADDISSON AGAIN UNFORTUNATELY.

Cons:

Our room flooded.... like, really flooded, with the toilet exploding. While those sorts of things happen, there wasn't a lot of recognition that it was not inconvenient, but really, really gross.

It was nice and clean accommodations. Friendly staff. They had luggage storage.

Cons:

the restaurant/bar closed so early. when making reservations I picked a room with a tub but didn’t get one. When to the front desk to ask about a room with a tub and they gave us a different room. The new room still didn’t have a tub.

Pros:

Lisa (supervisor) does a great job, without her we would cancel the reservation. Our room was dirty, the second room was also dirty.
