إقامة راقية بخدمة استثنائية وموقع مثالي، ينقصها فقط إطلالة أجمل

جودة الخدمة، وحسن الاستقبال، واحترافية فريق العمل، وخاصة ريتش وديسي اللذين كانا ودودين ومتعاونين طوال الإقامة. كما أن الموقع المتصل بسيتي سنتر البحرين جعل التجربة أكثر راحة ومتعة

الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت إطلالة الغرفة، إذ كانت تطل على سطح مبنى ووحدات التكييف، ولم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع من فندق بهذه الفخامة

المكان قريب من كل شي والمسبح لما الساعه 9 يعني ممكن البنات لو حابين ينزلو مسكره اللمبات وياخذن راحتهم .
الموظفين بشوشين مخدومين 🙏

Cons:

الحمام كان خربان فيه المويه وكانت تنزل من السقف بس صلحوه بسرعه وانحلت المشكله

I would also like to give a special thanks to Abdulraouf from the breakfast team. He was exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and his kindness truly made our mornings even better. Thank you, Abdulraouf, for your outstanding service and warm hospitality!

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest improving is the room itself. Although it was comfortable, it felt a bit small, and the lighting could be better. I was also surprised that there was no mirror in the room except for the one in the bathroom. Adding a full-length mirror and improving the lighting would make the room much more convenient and enjoyable for guests.
