كل موظفين الاستقبال بشوشين ومتعاونين وتعاملهم جدا راقي
وعندهم شي جميل صراحه اللي هو خدمة صف السيارات ومجانا صراحه هذا يخليه افضل فندق خصوصا للي معهم سيارات

استمتعت بالاقامة وكان موظفو الاستقبال ودودين ومتعاونين.. ويوجد فاليه مجانا.. الغرفة واسعة واطلالتها على المدينة.. الفطور متنوع ولذيذ جدا.. طلبت خروج متأخر ومنحوني ساعتين اضافيتين مجانا

القهوة العربية في اللوبي مع التمر فكرة جميلة
موظفين التنظيف ممتازين

Cons:

رائحة الفرش سيئة جداً وزفرة طلبت تبديلها أكثر من 4 مرات تأتي تم تتغير رائحتها وتصبح زفرة جدا

رائحة السجائر منتشرة في الدور الذي كنت فيه وهي سيئة ومقززة

باب الحمام سيئ جدا وكأنه باب دولاب

اطلالة الحمام الزجاجية على غرفة النوم ايضا ليست صحيحة وفكرة وسيئة

Family oriented hotel in a shopping mall 👌🏽
