Excellent facilities, pools, gym, wellness and restaurant, staff were kind and the room was stunning, bed very comfortable
Very helpful with early check in for a fee but still good value

Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

Lobby and corridors ugly. Restaurant the worse. Had to wait for the check in the room was not ready. Shower with mold.

Accommodation was ordinary
Cons:

We had a small roll of toilet paper and it finished. We asked the reception to tell housekeeping to put toilet rolls in our room as we were heading off to see the Taj Mahal. When we returned there were no toilet rolls. We rang house keeping there was no answer. Ten minutes later when we opened the door they left 2 small toilet rolls outside the door.
The evening buffet started at 7 pm. By 7.15 the Chinese dishes were not ready.

Le buffet

Cons:

La réception . J avais un vol en soirée et je demande a garder la chambre jusqu'à 18h. Accord dans un premier temps d une jeune fille a la réception si règlement immédiat de 35e. 5 minutes plus tard intervention du manager réception qui augmente les prix a 100e pour 18h ou 90 e jusqu'à 17h. Il faut savoir que la chambre sur booking est vendu à 50e avec petit déjeuner pour la nuit. Il serait intéressant de savoir a qui va l argent...en final nous sommes partis a 13h sans régler de supplément.
Les fenêtres de la chambre ne s ouvrent pas et forte odeur d humidité et renfermé.

Séjour formidable en famille avec deux enfants en bas âge
Pros:

Tout était parfait
La qualité de la literie, la position de l’hôtel, le personnel était incroyable, la piscine sur le toit, avec vue sur le Taj Mahal, la qualité du petit déjeuner et rapport qualité prix des restaurants pendant le dîner.

Es un hotel molt elegant i amb molts detalls. El lobby es preciós, l'esmorzar molt complet i la proximitat al Taj Mahal el fa absolutament recomanable a Agra.

Relaxing getaway with family :)
Pros:

The breakfast spread was really good. Even better was the service of the staff members. I would specially like to mention that Prabhat, who was on the floor for most buffets, provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond the call of his duty and I would genuinely like to thank him.
