The view amenities of the property..the staff who always be available to help you serve their service best we Ankit Ashish and more member of taj all are so humble and soft spoken.. it’s always a memorable trip we had.. their so many things to do in this property like kids play house swimming puppets show and more..

Our recent stay was exceptionally comfortable and memorable. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with our children, and the staff provided outstanding service, exceeding our expectations. The decorations and cakes were superb. Furthermore, Mr. Prem, Ms. Suhita, and Ms. Kashish from the restaurant staff demonstrated exemplary hospitality. We highly recommend this establishment.

We had an incredible time. Kashish was incredibly attentive and even treated us to some special Agra delicacies at the restaurant. Jaykush offered us Petha and paan.

We are regular visitor of Taj Agra. We celebrated our anniversary’s here.
However, I liked the services provided by Ravi (chef),Ankit Verma and Mr Prabhat as restaurant manager. Thank you so much the services we received here .

Excellent Location near Taj. Very friendly atmosphere. Rooms are very spacious & very neat n clean. Food is also very tasty n lip smacking. Wonderful service especially from the “SUBRATA SIR”, “chef Ravi ji”, special attention given to us by ”Ritesh ji , Suhita Mam, Ankit ji” & from all the courteous staff.
All are very polite n very supportive from the very first day.
Really appreciate all their efforts n great teamwork.

This Taj was a let down, and the one that absolutely missed what tajness stands for. There is never an instance when I have had something this harsh to say about Taj ..there are minor things that happen everywhere but this hotel in general does not have the Taj culture, i do not say everything was bad there were some very nice employees as well, but it generally lacks the warmth and care that Taj has . I guess the brand is more focused on increasing the hotel count while the experience seems to be of no priority or lets say the bare minimum.

Its a beautiful property very near to Taj Mahal. Rooms are pretty spacious and very neat and tidy. The beautiful heritage Taj Mahal can be seen from your windows/rooftop.

Pleasant greetings from every staff member whenever you meet them. Housekeeping staff, Shyam and Vikram did fabulous work with in-room Bday decoration. My daughter really loved it. Thanks for the kind gesture.

Lip smacking food served during buffets. Chef Ashish really takes care of your specifications and likings in food, if any. We booked all meals inclusive package so tried most of the food served at different times.

However during our visit their main restaurant palato was closed and we were served all our foods in their coffee shop. Food although was good but coffee shop seems a bit too small and at times uncomfortable if crowded. And it somehow hampers your dining experience if compared with Palato.

Amazing activities within the property for you and your child's entertainment. specially Noor-e-Taj show hosted by Mr Bhattacharya was one of a kind. It gives you first hand information before visiting Taj the next day.

Kinds room although designed very well caters only a specific age group of kids. Management should try to enhance more number of games for different age groups. probably a play station for older kids will serve the purpose.

Overall experience is very good.
As the name reflects, you definitely feel the royalness of 'The Taj'
Felt so relaxed dipping in the infinity pool. A worthwhile experience and definitely would love to come back again

We visited Taj Agra on weekend and had an excellent stay and services. Would like to mention Liashram & Kashish were very courteous during breakfast. Food is also great.

Had a great experience at the Taj hotel and convention centre agra Special thanks to Chef Ashish, Zafar Ahemad, and Ankit Verma for making our dining experience truly wonderful. The luxury stay, hospitality, and service were excellent throughout. Truly enjoyed the overall experience..loved the overall atmosphere specially the room were spacious.. visited the restraunt palato managed by mr prabhat ...one more thing chef ashish prepared a wonderful healthy high protein shake ..loved it
